10 days stay:

1. No bathtub, shower with the curtain and the water flooded the whole bathroom floor (no courtesy slippers).
2. Shower took 3-5 minutes to get to a preferred temp to bathe.
3. Requested room service on the 3rd day by hanging out the sign “maid service needed” (other days just picked up new towels and more little shampoo bottles, not mentioning soap bar is like rubber toys with little or no bubbles at all) early in the morning and coming back at 3: 00pm the room was not serviced.
Checking with the front desk guy, he just beat around the bush by excusing they needed to take care of checked out room first even though my room is 2 door away from the laundry room on the first floor where they pushed the service cart by everyday.
He also mentioned that to have room service, we need to inform them in the morning and report how long we will be out, so I guess the sign to hang on the door is useless.
4. Front desk is unfriendly and not picking phone.
5. There is a $150 security deposit when checking in.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, we discovered leftover food in the fridge from the previous guests. We reported it immediately, and despite assurances that the room would be cleaned the next morning, it wasn't. When we raised the issue again, late in the evening, the management refused us access to the reception area, citing the time was too late and for safety concerns. The unaddressed cleanliness concern left a negative impression on our stay, and especially that we had to bring it up three times.

Stayed here three separate nights, bed sheets in my room on the first night were so short that they did not even cover bottom of the mattress so your feet would be on the uncovered portion of mattress, the bed was also not made up properly. Please see pictures. Pillows also were horrible, I had to use my own.

My second night I got lucky and received a decent large room with relatively long bedsheets and decent pillows. This room was also much cleaner.

On my third night I requested a room with long bedsheets telling them about my experience, they offered me two rooms neither of which had bedsheets long enough to cover the mattress fully and the rooms were very dated.

I asked for a refund, they declined because I booked through third party and overall the attitude from the receptionist was - we don’t care, you booked, you got the room, either take it or go elsewhere, we never promised that our bedsheets will fit the bed. Last room was also very dated and had ugly old and gross carpet.

“Sorry guys we ordered full
Size sheets and put them on king size bed. Welcome to Cali! “

P. S. Homeless and drug addicts are constantly hanging out around this hotel so pray for them not to mess with your vehicle.

David the front desk guy made the check in process very difficult. Eventually after reasoning with the guy for about and hr using all the usual Information you would typically be asked for to check into a rooms we finally got our keys. What a hassle. Rooms are cool. Location is alright but the front desk is definitely my least favorite.

Los ángeles is too big. For me it was an excellent option by price, it's near 20 minutes to Disney, 1 hour to chinês theater 1 hour santa monica.
Park enough, same days small place to park near other card.
Big room, elevator, quiet zone. 1.5 miles Walmart.

A little outdated but overall decent for the price. I paid about $68 on a third party site on a weekday for one king bed. I thought it was going to be really horrible but honestly I would stay here again. Its right near everything! Lots of food places nearby in both directions and its not far from disney! Would definitely stay here on a Disney trip. Would recommend. They have a pretty small pool but they have one lol they have an elevator. In the rooms there's a mini fridge and microwave which is another plus.

As a broke student traveling by herself, it was cheap to stay for a couple of nights it got the job done as a place to sleep and stay while I was out for the majority of days. I stayed in a single room with a queen sized bed, I had no trouble checking in and out.there is a deposit you need to pay when you get there ontop of your hotel though which is around £118.it's an hour away from the main hectic mess of LA in a relatively calmer area even if it's on the main road — there's a Walmart and stuff 8 minutes away if you drive/20 mins if you walk.so, the location is pretty decent and uber/ubereats has no problem delivering to your room or picking you up from there.the rooms are a bit dated, but again I didn't mind it as for a cheap 2* hotel, it was more than alright.had air-con, had cable tv, the bed was comfy.the house service were nice and kept the room clean.there's no cooker or kettle, just a mini fridge and a microwave, but I didn't mind that — there were two vending machines near the stairs.the bathroom is okay and there was a lot of space in the room.the plug sockets are a bit random/hit and miss in my room, so bring a longer charger cable if you want to charge in bed hahaha.the WiFi was also a bit choppy when it got overloaded with people using it which was a little annoying, but again, for the price this was good and worth it by my standards anyways. I had no jarring issues and as a solo female traveller.

Bad hotel! I wouldn't book this even for 1 night.
Very outdated and the employee behind the counter, an Indian old man, is very unfriendly. We were even woken up in the middle of the night to say that our car was parked incorrectly.

Never dirty and filthy again for us.

I wish I had not been so in a hurry to get out of here because I would have had photos to share of the room we had been given. If you see this place through Expedia, THE PHOTOS ARE VERY MISLEADING. Floors are hard wood, no carpeting. Bedspread on the King had stains (maybe makeup, maybe blood?). The bathroom had a working toilet but because the room was accessible so was the shower and the grout on the walls and floor left a lot to be desired. All the metal rods in the bathroom (shower and on the closet bar - yes, closet bar in the bathroom, no actual closet in the room) had A LOT of visible rust. When I tell you this was NOT what is pictured on Expedia? I can't hammer that home enough. Then, the property itself did not provide a sense of security; there's a pawn shop and liquor store right next door and a car had been broken into on the hotel property already (per a different review which we had not seen via Expedia but did see via Google after we got here and checked in). Lesson learned the hard way but wanted to be sure to warn others. Please please know that what's pictured on Expedia is not the whole story! Maybe that's another room we didn't get (we got room 101). Service was at least nice and allowed us to check out after we said this was not what we expected; contacted Expedia and we were refunded all but 96.23 since we did technically check in. If you must stay here cuz of location, price or anything else.maybe specifically request the refurbished room pictured on Expedia? Maybe that would be a totally different experience.

Avoid this place at all costs. The staff is rude and are totally insensitive especially the old Indian at the reception.

For a two star hotel in should receive more stars. Yes it is a older building but the staff and management are awesome. We stayed one night and like it so much stayed a second. It was clean and comfortable. Thank you for accommodating my family of 11 (3 rooms with Greta rates)

Too pricey and wouldn't let us check in a couple hours early without charging us. A little ridiculous in my book. And anywhere that doesn't give military discount is a no go 4 me. Lol yes I'm a vet. My point.

They refused to give me the key to my room that was already paid for. Instead demanding I pay another 150 for a deposit. The man behind the counter was extremely rude. I must wait another 3 hours to check in simply because there was no deposit on a room that was already fully paid for
