Hotel 850 SVB, West Hollywood CA

Excellent location, easy to get around town from here. Rooms were well decorated and spotless! When we arrived, they didn’t have the exact floor we wanted available, which was not guaranteed, so we were fine with it. However, we were staying several days, so the next day Virginia, manager, not only moved us to the floor we wanted, but also upgraded our room and left us a bottle of wine. Very impressed with the level of service.

Lovely boutique hotel, clean, stylish and comfortable beds. Great location for a single female traveler to walk the neighborhood without feeling uncomfortable. Staff was kind, gracious and the evenings free wine/beer as well as the light breakfast in the morning was appreciated. I really have nothing bad to say about the place. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in LA.

Absolutely gorgeous, elegant hotel. Stayed for two nights and can’t wait to return. Great location easily walkable to restaurants and shops. I was in a Comfortable room and it was clean, spacious, quiet and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom had plenty of space with a lovely shower and there was a cute balcony I sat on to read and soak up some sun.

Breakfast is included and while the selection is small the quality is outstanding - excellent coffee and big, buttery, flaky croissants.

Sunset wine on the roof was another highlight. You can get 360° views of LA and the wines served were great - you can tell that some thought went into the selection as it was quality wine.

One final thing I loved - they are really committed to reducing single use plastic. Bathroom toiletries are full size instead of the small disposable bottles and filtered water in refillable glass bottles are left in the room.

The hotel manager, Virgina, and Josh at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. I’ll never stay anywhere else on my future visits to LA!

Nice and cozy place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed is super comfortable and breakfast is quite good and the shower is very clean and the water pressure is excellent. Highly recommend

Great little boutique hotel! Beautiful, cozy rooms, excellent breakfast, fantastic service, and the wine on the roof was a great touch.

We stayed here last summer and couldn't have been happier. Great location, yummy breakfasts and lattes included, with a cute space to eat in, cozy rooms with a fireplace, they left us a basket of snacks and the front desk and valet were always there and helpful. Would highly recommend!

One of the best hotels in LA. It felt like our home away from home. The hotel manager miss Virginia made our stay 10 time better with her excellent service. All the staff were so helpful and friendly.

We had a great night's stay at Hotel 850. The welcome was great, the hotel is beautifully designed and the room was clean and comfortable. This was a real highlight, set against a string of disappointing stays in Californian hotels. We would definitely return.

We've stayed here countless times. Really lovely, comfortable boutique hotel (they have the best beds and bedding) as well as a nice fireplace. The staff are all very kind, Carlos is especially exceptional.

Nice boutique hotel. Beautiful cozy rooms. Modern French style deco. Good and healthy breakfast. In fact, You can drink orange juice, selected fresh fruits, Pastry options, and granola with yogurt. Coffee and some healthy snacks 24/7. It also have a Great location! Near Santa Monica blv. The parking is valet only for 48$ daily. Our room have a tiny but nice balcony in a residential street

I thought the miscellaneous charges were a bit much but I paid the bill and an overall I enjoyed the place

The whole hotel is incredible and beautiful designed. Every detail was carefully thought out and the room is so comfortable and even has a balcony with an amazing view of sunset boulevard. The highlight was the manager, Virginia, welcoming us to the hotel and taking care of us. I will be returning soon and this will be my main place to stay in LA going forward!
