Our go to place whenever we are in town. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, I literally dream of their cozy beds, and the lounge in top notch!

As Claremont locals, we love Casa 425 for a quick stay-cation or week night cocktail and dinner.we've made it our Sunday routine to stop in for dinner weekly. We love the excellent service we've received from the staff, especially bartender Christopher and front desk management Veronica. Honestly, Christopher is the best bartender in Claremont! His knowledge of mixology and customer service is miles ahead of any other establishment in the Claremont Village. Weather you're looking for a lovely boutique hotel to stay at while you're visiting, or a local looking for a spot away from the usual, this location is beautiful with an amazing staff, ready and willing to please.

Decent hotel with classy rooms. Breakfast is available but nothing warm (oats, cornflakes, packaged boiled eggs etc.). Lots of restaurants around. Free public parking with ample slots right across the street.

We tried to cancel our reservation over a month before our stay-not once, this was an ongoing process between the end of September and the beginning of November, which is when we got married. We couldn't get through to the third party we had apparently reserved through (the one time I did I was hung up on when I told them I wanted to cancel), and the hotel said they couldn't do anything. So I guess don't
reserve here/ through wedding wire unless you're absolutely sure you want to stay here, because you aren't getting your money back.

Great place to stay if you're the area, whether it's visiting the colleges or for any other business. Very comfortable rooms, great dining options literally outside the door. Wonderful patio to relax in after a day's activities. Highly recommended.

Overall my stay was fine and lounge was nice and then check out day came. Here's my experience. I was walking half my stuff down to the parking garage, this is at 9: 20am, reparked my car and headed back to my room to get the rest of my belongings. I told reception I'm not checking out and I had more trips. I arrive at my room on the 3rd floor and my room was open and all my belongings were gone, I was gone for less than 10 minutes and check out is 11am. The cleaning lady was on the other side 50ft away and I said excuse me I'm not checked out and my stuff is missing, she had packed my stuff nicely in her cart and had taken my belongings. I was absolutely shocked and have zero trust of this establishment after this experience. I reported it to the front desk and they checked that my room was not marked for check out cleaning and that they would make a note of this. That is absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay at a casa 425 hotel again, I warn anyone staying there to protect your belongings and think about staying somewhere else. Rooms are only supposed to be accessed by your request or after check out only because of covid.

I used my Chase Reserve points to one night at Hotel Casa 425 in late July. I booked over a month in advance and specifically selected a room with a pull-out twin bed as I was visiting a nearby college with my son. Upon arrival, I felt that I was treated poorly because my reservation was booked through "EXPEDIA". I was disappointed to learn that the room I selected and paid for (Courtyard KING with TWIN at $317.83 per night) was not guaranteed. I was offered a small King room with no space for an additional bed. With much persistence, the front desk person was finally able to move us into a room where the air conditioning was not working 100%. In addition, the internet was also not working during my stay. At this price point, I really expected more.
The room had a terrible layout - especially for 3 guests. It is called the COURTYARD King because it is located on the ground floor and opens fully to the hotel courtyard. This room is very challenging if you value fresh air and natural light. There is a full wall of glass (door/room entrance and windows) that opens to the courtyard. This is essentially your only source of light (there is a very small 1/2 window on the back wall). The bed and bath are in full view, so if you prefer a bit of privacy, the only option is to close the full blackout curtain and then the room turns into a very dark and claustrophobic cave. Fortunately, we stayed on a quiet Tuesday evening - the lounge is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so very few people were sitting in the courtyard. I would highly recommend a room on the second or third floor and make sure you don't use a third party booking service.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the center of Claremont Village.

Not a good experience. If you expect tradtional creature comforts in a hotel you shoiuld consider an alternative. No microwave, coffee maker broken, uncomfotable seating refrigerator didn't work.bed was comfortable was the only saving grace. Cancelled future non-refundable bookings for the following months visit to Claremont

This hotel is located right in the middle of Claremont Village; perfect walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the Ontario Airport. The grounds and rooms are really well maintained, along with great amenities. Easy and pleasant check in, breakfast and any extra accommodations were included which was a nice surprise to me (free parking pass included). Great happy hour and the staff was so incredibly helpful. Only downside to my room was the the faucet on the tub dripped even though it was turned off and you can hear the train from the room, but other than that my stay was very pleasant and I can't wait to come back for another stay.

I love it here. The outside patio is perfect for getting together with friends and Lisa is a great host.

This place was so nice. Who knew it was as nice inside as it was. Our room was great, the staff was really nice and the atmosphere was so calming. I left my door open just to listen to the music and sounds from the downstairs lounge. I was there for an anniversary but we will be coming back soon just because.

Really disappointed in the lack of hospitality at this hotel. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks prior to traveling asking if rooms have fridge/freezer capability. I am a breastfeeding mom and was traveling for work so needed somewhere to store pumped milk. We were told that every room comes with a fridge/freezer in the room and that they were very happy to accommodate.

When I arrived in the room we found that the “fridge” would not get cold. I called the front desk and they indicated in fact it is not really a fridge but “basically a cooler” (yes direct words from the front desk staff). They proceeded to bring me waters that were very cold, and clearly had a fridge and freezer on site. When I asked if it was possible to store somewhere in their facility they said they could not accommodate that. The front desk staff then said she could “maybe get the manager on the phone in our room”.

All of that was enough for me to walk away from the hotel, traveling as a working breastfeeding mom is hard enough. The thought of dumping all of my milk because they couldn’t accommodate was ridiculous. I called the Hilton double tree and not only did they have true fridges in the room that would keep the milk at an expected normal house fridge temperature, but they ALSO had a separate fridge and freezer available that they could freeze my milk or keep it cooled in a large fridge as long as I could pack it up in bags. So, we made the move to somewhere that not only was truthful about their ability to accommodate, but also went above and beyond to offer options.

Not much service so don't go there if you're extra. Nice clean room and quiet surrounding too. Plenty of places and restaurants to visit by walking distance. I know the hotel offers Happy Hour so great way to enjoy the hotel. I've stayed there before and this is my 2nd time. I'd love to stay there again.

Went to the Lounge. Has a nice open space. Plenty of room for social distancing. The happy hour specials and prices are good. The service was also good. Will be returning. Not a great place for sports though.
