Hotel Fairmont San Francisco

We stayed for one night for an event and our room was lovely. We had cocktails in the bar and breakfast the next morning. The cost for valet seemed very high to me so that is why I put a 7/10.

Very nice hotel at the top of Nob Hill. Easy walking to many sight seeing locations. Great staff. Comfortable beds and rooms are nice.

I’ve stayed here many times, it’s a great hotel, the location is away from downtown and the tourist areas, so quiet and close enough. Staff are excellent. But the fit out is old and tired, and could use a freshen up. The main restaurant is living in previous time. All that being said, I always have a great stay at the Fairmont

Old school hotel with luxury experience. Room is clean and the view is wonderful. The food is not delicious as it should be.

Doubt I will return. Hotel refused to bring up my UberEats order (I couldn’t leave behind my sleeping toddler), citing that they have a policy to “never bring up outside food”. LOL are you serious? ! Four Seasons would never treat guests like this! What a slap in the face.

The Fairmont is a world class hotel and we can’t wait to return for another visit. The view from our tower room was spectacular. My kids loved our meal at the Tonga Room on the basement with the floating band. It was a very safe area as well sitting on top of Nob Hill.

Very nice stay with very friendly, always helpful staff. Great lobby and great view from our room on 20th floor (Signature bay view king tower room). Super evening at the Tonga Bar. Rooms could use some renovation (carpet and baseboards).

Room was next to lift and also the Housekeeping storage. Lot of noise middle of night coming from corridor or next room and also housekeeping movement and chatter in morning. I also lost a t-shirt and asked housekeeping if it got carried away while change on linen. In either case would have been nice to get a response.

Came and visited for a 4 nt.stay. Greeted by super friendly and professional staff. From check in to check out, every employee we encountered went out of their way to assist you. The restaurant onsite was simply fabulous for breakfast or any meal. Amazing well prepared food and served with a smile. Accomodations were spacious, well appointed, and housekeeping did an amazing job with our daily servicing. This location would be perfect for couples or for business travel. Would absolutely stay again without hesitation. The staff was a testament to great management!

Comfortable stay, nice in room breakfast, complimentary water at check in, great location for everything we needed to do while visiting. Would stay again!

Great hotel, great service. Wonderful location in San Francisco. Rooms are however starting to look a little “tired” and could do with a bit of a renovation - in particular the bathrooms.

The Hotel was lovely, staff was very friendly, and the precise cleanliness was outstanding! Ate at the restaurant onsite and was also referred to a local fare. Definitely recommend!

It's the Fairmont so you know it will be fairly grand. The rooms could do with a little maintenance but for a city break it's a lovely hotel and very reasonably priced for Fairmont. Recommend.

The Fairmont hotel greets you with elegance from the minute you walk into the front door. The staff was very friendly and attentive as needed. The location in Nob Hill was just a short distance to main attractions in the city!
