I'm incredibly grateful for the services this place has offered. The rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. Comes with good quality mini fridge, bathtub and shower, flat screen and all the channels, and the beds are pretty comfortable as well (down comforters are ALWAYS a cozy plus) I dig the Funky Fresh elevator with retro carpeted walls, and the ice machine and vending machines actually work too! The dude in the front office is pretty chill and kind. Location pros: close to everything you could possibly need like grocery stores, CVS, tons of food options, banks, etc, even laundry mat which is cool too.
Cons: it can be rather noisy sometimes, mostly due to the train close by, otherwise it's typical noise you'd expect in the area

I was looking for a hotel that was decent and not far from home but after reading these reviews I think I'll pass 150 for deposit and rooms are infested with roaches I'm good I will go somewhere else. Go somewhere else peoples unless you want bugs

I and my friends live in Room 239 on 12/31/2022 to 1/2/2023. I was checked in about 9: 45 pm. The night shift attend is very rude and manner very bad. Because I going to check in and my friend waitting me at parking lot and he smoke vape (e-cigarette). So he is yelling to my friend. No sign put do not smoke. Even thought it is not allowed to smoke in Hotel property he should say politely and don't need to yelling to us. And then he said he is not gonna give the room to me. At that time there have heavy rain, so i calm down and take the room. The next day I leave message to manager or supervisor by morning shift receptionist 2 times. But nobody call to me. And the room is very dirty and bathtub have stain. I suggest other people don't stay this hotel.

I had to go to a hotel last minute because of a family emergency and decided to stay at the heritage hotel. This is my 3rd night here and it’s been really good. Beds are comfy enough. Room feels cozy. It’s very clean too which way crucial for me. The people working here are very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that to use the microwave in the kitchen you have to call someone to open it but it’s safer so it’s ok. I wish you couldn’t hear the neighbors so much either but it’s to be expected. Other than that it’s been pleasant staying here and I’m very grateful for that

My parents and I stayed at Hotel Heritage El Monte, LA in two separate rooms, both next to each other (rooms 232 and 233), and I have to say this has been the worst hotel/inn I have ever stayed at. First of all, my room was infested with hundreds of tiny little ROACHES. There were roaches on top of the door frame, on the bathroom floor, on the walls, on the sink area in front of the mirror, by the light switches, and inside the restroom. When my dad went to the lobby to complain about the room, the manager in turn told us he has very sorry, but because they were fully booked out for the night they could only give us a refund for the one room (232). I was forced to share a room with my parents. Fine, no big deal, but the next morning after waking up my parents found MORE ROACHES BY THEIR ROOM'S BATHROOM and by the one lateral door in the middle of the room that connected both rooms together. I'm guessing the roaches slid underneath the door during the night and ended up inside my parents' room. Moreover, I also woke up with several bedbug bites all over my right arm. In short, this is the nasties, most rundown, anti-hygienic, bug-ridden hotel I have ever slept in. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos I took of the room I was given to the page so everyone could see how awful and horrible the room was.

This place is horrible and the biggest cheap skates ever of course I'm running a room because I'm working in the area so I come to my room and I need a couple more towels cuz I had used the towels from the previous day and they refuse to give me any towels and then kept my deposit

Im don't recomend this place.terrible to stay! The Staff from the front desk name VERONICA.when we check in, she was very rude, she didn't even know how to say thank u and please to her costumer. This is the worst hotel that we stayed ever since. This hotel charged us more $$$ than we charge from booking.com. We complained to her about it.she just said its just like that, no reason at all! We booked 2 room for 3 days.which, we regret it! The rooms don't have remote for there TV and smoke alarm keep on beeping.we complained to that lady name Veronica about it and she just give us battery bc her reason is nobody we'll fix there smoke alarm.both rooms that we stayed is very dirty and smells so bad.bed are not comfortable and we the kids have bug bites.not safe at night, 3ock in the morning peoples going back and forth and talking very loud. "Dear management, Please trained ur staff very well not to be rude to there costumers. "

Do not stay here they charged $50 for a wet dirty towel just for a towel! I guess don’t put your towel on the floor when getting out of the shower they will charge for that!

Took an hour to check in and an hour to check out, didn't wanna give me or the guy next to me our cash deposits back! Don't waste your time!

The room was dirty, the tub had grainy things in it. There was dust all over the furniture. No soap, shampoo, body wash, or lotion.

Do not exist breakfast
Shower for bathroom was broken
TV set system was broken
Desk attendant dorsn't speak english properly.
This hotel is a fraud, O do not recomend

For the price, this room was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Staff member Adi took great care of me and answered all my questions and prepared me for the parking situation on Friday and Saturday nights. Very helpful! There are also many stores within walking distance including a Starbucks. Highways are nearby and the location is great. All staff members were very helpful and friendly.

The hygiene in the room is average, the Wi-Fi speed is slow, the parking space is very narrow (full size SUV and pickup are difficult to park in)

Rooms do not look like pictures, walls have water stains, room smelled like mold will never stay again! They charge extra for property fee when you check in $150 deposit fee and when you check out they try to charge you what ever little stains sheets have

I tried to make a reservation through hotel tonight and assumed they had a room but when I got there there was none available

I reserved and pre-paid 2 2-queen rooms and 1 king room on 5/24/2022 for 2 nights. When I checked in on 5/28, they said only the king room is available and they cannot find the other reservations for 2 queens. However, I called the day before to confirm and asked for all rooms to be near to each other and they confirmed all 3 rooms. Upon checking with my booking agent, it looks like the hotel canceled my 2-queen reservations on their own and gave the rooms to walk-in guests. I had to find another hotel immediately for my family of 7 adults. In addition, I asked to use the restroom while waiting and the front desk agent named Sam said there is no restroom. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend it at all!
