Hotel Indigo Anaheim, an IHG Hotel

The friendliest staff I have encountered in years. Truly above and beyond. Room service! Which is rare nowadays. But the rooms are old, small, and moldy. Very strong mold smell in the rooms, the sheets, the Kleenex, etc. Would be acceptable in the low $100 range, not the ridiculous amount we paid. Pretty standard Disney strip hotel, clearly has been there a while, but with a great staff.and mold.

Perfect location! Restaurants and shops were a short walk distance. The staff was wonderful and immediate taxis service is available. The Hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was served hot. I would recommend this place!

Deserves 4.5 stars, but laundry facilities a fraction overpriced and a few things in our room were broken, plus the shower takes too long to heat up, so not willing to give 5 stars. Service was exceptional, especially the super friendly girl from Ukraine

Friendly staff, friendly staff and friendly staff. Great place with great people. I was here for four nights. I had an issue in my room after first night. After reporting this issue, another room was ready for me in less than thirty minutes. Staff even offered to help us move. I have never come across such friendly staff. They really respect their guests. Also this place has FREE and Secured parking. You can’t find this near Disneyland. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is extremely accommodating, clean, and easy to get to from Disneyland. The manager Erica and her team were so nice and made the entire stay so easy! This is a great hotel to stay if your doing a quick trip- would recommend!

Great location to Disneyland. Took us 10/15 to walk there. Staff very friendly, rooms clean and free parking for guests!

It's a decent hotel but it's one of things where you know they don't rely on delivering quality rooms when the premium is really just based on location.im not gonna say don't come here but dont come here expecting the cleanest rooms.

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for visiting Disneyland. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Ms. Erica was such a big help on the phone. I stayed here last year with my dogs and loved it. Dog can be left unattended and we had no issues with noise or complaints. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was the perfect size and layout when traveling with pups. Disneyland is a 10 min walk, free gated parking, and there’s a Starbucks across the street. Thanks Ms. Erica, looking forward to staying here again this December!

We booked this hotel for our trip to Disneyland at the beginning of September. We booked through Southwest, and somehow our reservation never made it through to the hotel. Southwest was completely unhelpful- they basically just acted like it was no big deal and we were left without a reservation. While the hotel staff dealt with southwest on the phone, they put us in a little lounge with a tv and gave our toddler a coloring page and crayons. After a while they couldn’t get anywhere with southwest on the phone (it was a Sunday) so they got us set up with a room and said they would get it all figured out.

They were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly the whole time we were there. The hotel was clean and you can walk to Disneyland in 15 minutes! There’s a free parking garage below the hotel with gated access too. The hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast but everything we had was delicious and came in large portions. The staff at the restaurant was amazingly nice too.

We would 100% definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Schönes, modernes Hotel in nur 5-minütiger Entfernung zum Disneyland. Personal sehr freundlich, einchecken auch um halb eins nachts kein Problem. Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel vorhanden. Zimmer ausreichend groß, super Dusche.

We arrived before the 3p check in time and they were able to accommodate us with a room that was decently located. The bathroom didn't have a tub which normally wouldn't be a problem but with the amount of walking we did in the Disney Resort, a soak in a tub would have been amazing. Distance wise the walk to the Resort was not unreasonable, after 9 miles of hiking through the parks the relatively short walk became a little harder to handle. Even so I shouldn't complain, I was (and still am) a bit out of shape. Parking is free with the caveat of not leaving anything in the car. Right around the corner is a little food mall where we found Sabrosada, a little Mexican restaurant with delicious reasonably priced food

This hotel is absolutely tops in so many ways! The staff is just stellar (Erica and Anthony at the front desk both get Hospitality Awards of the year from me!) The location can't be beat for a hotel so close-in to the Disney parks. And the quality for the price is hands down some of the best value I have come across in recent years. The facilities were all clean, the rooms were spacious and seriously the only "negative" thing I can say is that the hotel ran out of DND signs. (Which meant I was disturbed a couple of times by housekeeping. Hard to complain about a staff dedicated to cleanliness in this day and age!) The pool was down for maintenance the first two days we were there, but we sure weren't there for the pool! And the hot-tub, a necessity after a hard days troop through the parks, was in fine working order.

I would give this hotel my absolute %110 recommendation to anyone who is looking for an affordable yet high-quality place to stay in Anaheim!

Stayed from Aug 23-27 for our Disneyland trip. The staff is very nice & answered all of my questions. They offer free parking which is a parking garage that only opens with your room key. We never had any issues with find a parking spot. It's super close to the parks, you can walk but we chose to drive because we were exhausted by the end of the day. You can go walking to Anaheim Gardens which has several restaurants to choose from. Not once did I feel unsafe walk there as it was just my sister & I. If I even plan another trip to Cali I'll definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for our Disney trip. I’m not sure why everyone is saying it’s a short walk to Disney. It was at least a mile if not more which is not what I read anywhere. We’re used to walking a lot, but for someone who isn’t, it’s good to have a heads up. I’m not sure if the walls are thin or if the people above us were just extremely loud but we could hear them walking back and forth till 2/3 am and early in the morning as well. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean. I’ve stayed at a lot of IHG hotels and sadly this one just wasn’t as nice as the others. The rooms were a bit outdated and old. I was surprised there was no bar like all of the IHG hotels I’ve stayed at. It wasn’t all bad, it’s great if you’re just coming back to sleep (as long as the people above you aren’t loud like we dealt with,) but I don’t think we will be staying here again.

I loved how small this hotel was and the service was excellent. I haven't interacted with employees that were that friendly in years.
The rooms were a little outdated, but doable. What would really make me stay there again is putting a microwave in the room. 2 things I need in my room for a trip to Disneyland is a fridge and a microwave. They only have the fridge.

Great place with great staff! Clean room. Variety of breakfast choices and very tasty. Only 10 mins walk to Disneyland's Main Gate.

We have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from Erika at the front desk and she has gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The IHG reservation line has been a bit of a struggle getting false information on our bookings and Erika has taken soo much time to make this right. We chose this hotel because of Erika’s customer service and immense patience answering so many questions. I would definitely hire Erika to work at my front desk!

Great location, walking distance to Disney, was my second visit, albeit previously this was a Holiday Inn Express. Staff are very attentive, hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast is very reasonably priced, was better value to eat breakfast in the hotel than chain brands around the area.
