Hotel VIA, San Francisco CA

Nice staff and conveniently located but fulling disappointed with the call to have your room serviced concept. I put the "make up room" light on and called each day of my stay to have the room serviced. Not once has my bed been made or my towels refreshed. Please don't pass your "environmental efforts" on me when you're still using single use shampoos.
Additionally, the comforter in my room had blood stains on it and my TV channels skip. I have called each day of my three night stay with no solution or commentary, only to be scolded on the fact I need to "call each day to have my room serviced" when infact, I have called each day.

They said the rooms had a view but couldn’t find any from my room, the only view I had was the parking lot next to us! They have a nice rooftop bar from which you could catch some views of the iconic Oracle park and Bay Bridge! One thing that’s definitely good was the location, they’re right in the thick of SF downtown right across to the baseball stadium!

Rooms were very quiet. Great location! Had some issues with my room not getting cleaned but I will put the blame on the guest.

I have been on the rooftop! There is a view on giants stadium. It is overall a nice place but nothing really special. Good for an easy beer with friends

Good if you’re attending for ballgames, no other reason to stay here.

There was trash in hallways, on outside patio and near elevators.

Don’t recommend this place. Not impressed for $$$

Blackpink concert was great. I should have bought VIP tickets for better views of Blackpink but still a great time. Staff at Hotel VIA were great. Rooftop restaurant has a beautiful view of the city. Love that the hotel is non-smoking not just the rooms.

Place is great.upstairs bar is cool after a baseball game. And the service is on point. I always stay there for giants games

This hotel is directly across the street from Oracle park. The staff were great. The room window looked out to a red brick wall.but the room was squeaky clean, very comfortable bed and nice coffee machine. The rooftop bar was the highlight of my stay there!

Nice rooms except the lights are obnoxiously bright and there’s only a single master switch for multiple lights so it’s either extremely bright or extremely dark. Good location, sure it next to the stadium. Absolutely terrible service and management. Elevators overrun by staff not using the service elevator. Just took the stairs. Both bars closed due to a wedding or something that rented space at the cost of the experience of the other guests. Not up to 4 star hotel standards, I’d never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Scratchy sheets, small bed, slippery shower, room lights would do well in an OR. Location great. Overpriced compared to alternatives in the city.

Hotel VIA has such great hospitality and best customer service! If you need valet, Jose was your man! He provided the best customer service, wonderful hospitality and extremely helpful! We love Hotel Via for the ambience and the modern sleek environment! Definitely a great hotel to come stay!

The hotel has installed a system that allows guests to indicate when they want their room cleaned. Apparently they do not use the system, though, and require a verbal request for room attention.

Went to a giants game, just walked across street. Rooms was comfortable, clean, service was great. Parking a lil pricey for game day $85
But still worth it!

My wife, son, and I came to Via for the Giants game and an overnight stay. We wanted a stay a bit above the standard fare. What we got was an exceptionally friendly staff, amazing set of rooms with the stadium view, and relaxing amenities.

The staff (one guy in particular that the front desk told me was Hector) made our stay the most pleasant stay we have had in a very long time. He was beyond courteous and saw to our every need with extra care. The other staff including a lady (not sure what her name is) was also very enjoyable and pleasant!
To the management team: It's tough in these times to find an exceptional team that focuses so highly on our needs. Please keep them! We will make Hotel Via our #1 place to stay any time we come to SF and our word-of-mouth will speak of the highest regard for you and your team.
Although our team lost and the game was disappointing, our stay made our long trip well worth it.
