I've had the opportunity to work with Chef Tho and Toan for a few weddings that I have coordinated, and every time they never fall short of fulfilling and meeting the bride and grooms expectations. The guests are also completely satisfied with the great service, and delicious food.
HOTT Catering specializes in fine Vietnamese cuisine, and they also offer mobile catering across the country. My personal favorite dish is he lobster and mango salad.

Now that I’m able to come down from the high that is our wedding day, I am able to post this long awaited review. Traditionally, food is the way our friends and family bond so it was an absolute no-brainer to choose the family style dinner for our wedding. We had about 150 guests and not ONE left hungry. We had MANY people come up to us and say that the food at the wedding was one, IF NOT THE BEST, wedding dinners they have ever had. Many asked who the catering company was so they can hopefully book for their upcoming event. We even had our own personal server that came over to us during photos to offer us hors d'oeuvres and snacks! (like omg, seriously! How sweet!) But it wasn’t just the food that was 5/5, the people as well. Chef Tho, Alexus and Amanda was hands on every step of the way and when there were gaps of miscommunication, they quickly turned to resolve it. Thank you again for sharing our special day!
