We donate plasma/platelets every couple weeks at Houchin. Every time we visit, the staff at Houchin are incredibly kind and nice. They are always so welcoming and have such great spirits. We feel like home when at Houchin.

I donate platelets here regularly. It is a gorgeous facility that is always spotless, inviting, and delightful.
I want to start off by saying this is not the first time I’ve donated blood, but it has been the worst experience really rude people lady that helped me her name was Maria super rude and super rough. Don’t know why but I finish with the withdrawal by 9: 40 AM it was 7 o’clock at night I took off the bandage and was still bleeding. That’s how bad she jammed me, I will not be going to this place again
