George Moawad is amazing! He treated me to coffee and lovely conversation. His help was much needed as I needed to purchase a refrigerator ASAP for my boyfriend and his 84 year old mother. We completed the transaction easily and effortlessly. I am grateful for his help!

I contacted Howard's Irvine on 7/7/22 and spoke with George. I was purchasing a new refrigerator for a commercial client. I was quoted $2339 plus $40 for removal of the old unit. I used these numbers to get approval from the client. Once it was approved and I called to place the order I was given a new price of $2519.99, plus $40 for removal, plus $30 for a water line. This misquote cut into our minimal profit and overhead by $221. No apologies provided. I was told that a price adjustment would be made if a better price is found in the next 60 days, but was then told that due to the economy that wasn't likely to happen. Be sure to get any quotes in writing. The delivery company provided excellent service.

Very helpful did not feel pressured. Kudos to Sophia Quartucci for her excellent and beyond expectations service. If she did not know she asked a person with moe experience instead of coming up with a fake answer. All good thanks!

Dawn Cantù helped us in the store. She was very knowledgeable and understood we had a tight space to work with. Edgar Hernandez and Salvatore Torres delivered our new washer and dryer. They were excellent. They also saw the right space and were committed to working with us to get the fit.

Dawn C was extremely helpful. Her time and efforts to search for what I needed was excellent.

We met with sales Associate Dawn and had a very comfortable experience. Dawn shared her design and technical expertise and was very cordial and welcoming. There was no pressure to buy only sincere assistance. We will use Howard's again when we need a home appliance.

It was their grand opening event they were extremely busy but everybody seemed to be helped by a salesperson at the time all in all we were there about 2 hours and got a free in and out hamburger and potato chips

Today I went into Howard’s and was extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Lots of.prpducts on display to see. Met with Lee Trueblood who was very patient and informative. He answered our questions and provide us with written specs of the items we were considering. He knew we were not making a purchase tonight but didn't rush us. We will be back to buy our 4 kitchen appliances from him when we make.our final decisions.

Our washing machine literally blew up and we needed one to replace it immediately. We called Costco, Walmart and best bye. All they could say it’s stuck on a ship at sea. Try us in may of 22. Howard’s had our product, bought it over the phone and got it delivered and our old one picked up in less than 3 days. Excellent service and install. They’re the best!

Stopped into Howard's yesterday looking for someone knowledgeable about stoves. My 17 year old stove needed to be replaced. Lucky for us we met George Moawad.we learned about the new features that are offered by various brands, made our selection & delivery is scheduled for tomorrow! George's expertise made the selection process easy & I'm extremely impressed with entire experience!

Had the perfect experience with Howards. In fact, Estefany was my sales rep and she absolutely crushed it. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable about what we were looking for - it made the whole process easy.

Honestly I would gladly go back to Howards for any appliance purchase going forward. Estefany even was able to price match and get our products delivered when promised. I can't say enough great things about her.

We had one minor issue with delivery dates and they were on top of it and made sure we were taken care of. Couldn't have asked for better.

If Howards stays this way forever then I'm a customer for life. The employees there actually know what they're talking about and you can genuinely ask them questions and they'll be able to help. Unless you've already done all the possible research and know every product line and how it relates to your needs, then I would suggest going to Howards.

Had a great shopping experience with GEORGE! Really good people- honest and knows what he’s talking about. He answered all our questions, walked us through everything. He even lowered the sale price from another competitor store were we saw the same exact fridge. He gave us great customer service. Really recommend to shop here for appliances and ask for GEORGE. This is our new place to shop for home appliances. They have good prices.
