19My husband and I went into Howards for the first time a couple of weeks ago looking for a new refrigerator. Victor immediately came over to us the moment we walked in and asked us what we were looking for and showed us the refrigerator model that we wanted. The type of help he gave us was top notch and almost seemed "old school". Something so rare to find nowadays. It wasn't hard for us to trust everything he was telling us. We bought the refrigerator and we love it! We want to thank Victor for all of his help and we want to let Howard's know that you have a new loyal customer because of him! Thank you to Victor and to Howards!
The manager at Howard's Anthony was very helpful to me I'm going to purchase a washer and dryer thank you Anthony
Zero stars bought a new fridge and paid for delivery plus $70 for removal of old fridge they ended up leaving my old fridge cause it was a 4 man job and only had two cause of people calling in sick or some
So I rescheduled another pick up informing them of the last mishap and sure enough they sent out only 2 guys again? Who couldn't remove it cause not enough people for the job.
So I call again and they want to charge me another $70 fee for pick up when services were not rendered from the first transaction
so now I'm stuck with two refrigerators in my house along with a bill for $70

Our sales girl Andrea was very helpful and patient with us. We had a great experience and enjoyed the In n Out!
We purchased three kitchen appliances along with two portable air conditioners at different times. Anthony has been responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with for all of our purchases.
They only have big units in the store, I went to get a air conditioner advertised for 99 bucks, turns out that they don't have it there or any other store in the area, I'll never go back to Howard's
I love Howard's. We bought a refrigerator. Salesman knows his business. We got exactly what we wanted. It was a very positive experience - just like the previous visit there.
Update.
I'm not posting for the sympathy as much as letting others know so they could make informed decisions on where to shop.
Naturally, results may vary. I could just have been lucky enough to have both items give out at the same time and then have 2 flukes delivered.
Here's my story.
Initially, I believed I received good service.
They salesman did his homework and helped me out, even offered me a cold water when I arrived.
But then the delivery nightmare began.
I was not given a choice or a phone number for delivery. I had to sit around 3 separate days waiting for the delivery (once was over 8 hours).
The first time, they didn't show.
The second time, they had the fridge; but didn't have the stove.
The third time, the connected the stove wrong and (when I used it) set off the carbon monoxide alarm. Scared the pup and scared me. Now i have a massive headache from breathing the CO. Had to turn off the A/C and open up the house for an hour to make it shut off. If I didn't have a CO detector, we could both be dead right now.
The delivery guy told me it would be 2 hours to cool the fridge. So after 8 hours, it was still warm, I called the store. I was then told it would be 12 hours.
The next morning, it was still warm. I was advised to unplug it for 30 seconds and then turn the fan up to full speed and set the temp at the highest.
Still no love. I called the store again and he said "what do you want ME to do about it? ". Nothing, apparently. I guess I'll call back tomorrow.
For my "inconvenience", I was sent a $150 gift card to their store. Now how does that help me? I have to go spend more money to save money!
The refrigerator doesn't work. The freezer is fine, but the refrigerator is only, not warm.
I was offered to upgrade it, at my cost, of course.
The stove may or may not work fine, but was installed improperly.
To be fair, both items were either a floor model or a scratch and dent.
But, to be fair, both should work properly and be installed correctly.
Even though the store manager was kind in working with me, I've decided to return both items and get a refund.

I have had prior sales dealings with Howard’s in the past and my current experience was just as good as the others. I went looking for a washer and after much soul searching I picked out my model. The promised delivery date and time was right as rain. The setup was quick and efficient with everyone who had a hand in sales, delivery, and setup was professional and again efficient. I have no qualms about shopping at Howard’s for my next appliance.
Edward Grimaldi was extremely helpful in fulfilling my purchase of a new DVD/Blue Ray player, at a terrific discount price. Plus, he was very knowledgeable re: warranty plans for my new player. Great Product Specialist!
Walked in the day after Easter looking for a new mattress for my room. Thanks to Anthony Ebert we were able to find the one that I found comfortable on. Very helpful, friendly, made you feel like you are apart of the family, and great listener as to help me figure out the type of mattress that was best for me. Took two weeks I believe to come in and was delivered today so far love it.:)
Howard's is the place to go if you need appliances for your home. They have a great selection and sales people to help you. They are so knowledgeable. If you go to the Covina Store, ask for Anthony. He is a manager and so informed. He helped me alot.
Ordered a refrigerator and customer service was okay. Lost order, slow return calls, and wrong delivery address had me worried. But after some initial concerns the delivery went smooth. The two delivery men were clean, friendly, and professional. They definitely sealed the deal n a positive way and gave them a deserved tip.
Bought oven range. Great prices, big selection. They'll deliver for small fee & haul off old one. Free parking, enter by Front street.
I am an elderly disabled lady. Gilbert Gonsalez was fantastic and worked with me to assist in the purchase of a new refrigerator. He gave me (3) options which were available immediately to look at on my computer at my pace and make a decision with no pressure. I am happy to say, my new refrigerator will be delivered tomorrow and I am thrilled.
Great service. We had just moved to a new home and had an issue with another company bringing us the wrong refrigerator. We contacted Howard’s and they were able to find us the exact match and had it sent to our home the very next day.

I ordered a high-end washer and dryer and it's been 6 days without delivery. I get no action from the salesperson nor their managerial staff. Their verbal promises go no-where.
Can someone please take action on our fully paid appliances? Frustrated!
Went into Howard's for the fist time. Was greated. DeAnn was Great. Very knowledgeable about the washers and dryers. She answered all of our questions. No pressure to buy. We plan on going back for a purchase, just need to figure which model we want. I'll update review after purchase.
