Howie's Market, San Gabriel CA

Great place to buy groceries. Small, but you save so much time its worth paying a bit more. Good to great produce. The meat and fish is the best I've ever found in San Gabriel Valley. I can't buy meat or fish from big box stores anymore. Quality is that much better at Howies. Great staff is always super friendly and helpful. I'm never left waiting. Plus its nice knowing that corporate America hasn't destroyed every small business. Support local quality!

Great place for a little bit of everything. Hard to find items, specialty foods, e.t. C. Fantastic meats; they age their own and only sell prime meats. Bbq every weekend! Terrific tri tip sandwiches.

All I can say is "Wow! " Fabulous selections of the highest quality groceries of all types. Surprisingly affordable; the fruits and vegetables are excellent and the prices are not much different than a "run of the mill" grocery. Just a superb shop with warm and welcoming staff. I'm hooked.

Excellent fresh food, but pricy. You pay for what you get. They have bakery in the front and the side prepared food to serve those who do not want to cook. Excellent fresh streak, they carry Japanese Kobe (Wagyu) and dry aging streak. They also provide private catering service. On the weekend they have tri-tip BBQ by the front store. The store features in many filming commercial advertising. Pls place to pickup ham for the holiday!

This store is absolutely fantastic. The employees are so nice and helpful. It's a small market but it has everything. I love this market. The BBQ tri tip is delicious.

Some of the best meats in Socal and their hot foods are really good with the absolute best taquitos in Southern California but only available on Tuesdays after 1 pm along with their chile rellenos highly recommended

Excellent local business in the San Gabriel area. Great staff, fine selection of fruits, vegetables, and especially meats! Very strongly recommend, most of all for families. I guarantee you can make a great home cooked meal with their aforementioned products.

Very disappointed came from far away to try the tri tip sandwich and was very disappointed by one people in the delay department very rude and disrespectful so we left and will never ever go back don't deserve a star at all

Staff was nice and helpful. The other customers were looking at us like if we didn't belong there but other than that we would come back.

My Howie's Market me Outlet's Howie's Market for several years. It always came with Howie's Market steak, rice pilaf, coleslaw, and hot sauce. I went recently and it Howie's Market in price and went down in quality.

Great neighborhood Market. Excellent liquor and meat supply. Was hoping for hot food though
