The bottom began to separate from the top of my 4 year old HP Spectre Laptop that cost about $2,000. The Best Buy Geek Squad and Office Depot Computer Repair Dept.said it needed a new battery but they couldn't help me and it wasn't worth fixing. I was told it was cheaper to purchase a new computer.

Michael Kahn, proprietor of HPC Computers also told me it needed a new battery. He ordered the battery which arrived in a few days, had me bring the laptop in, and within a few hours the work was completed. The cost was considerably less than $200. My laptop works perfectly and the bottom now aligns with the top, the dis-alignment having been caused by a damaged and bloated battery. Mike called me after a few days to make sure the laptop was functioning properly and he also referred me to a software specialist to assist me with some software issues I was having. What a difference between his response and that of The Geek Squad and Office Depot! I highly recommend HPC Computers.
