OK this place has gotten better they have someone to check in with in their office full time now. Their service has improved greatly

So, you need to back into this facility off of 102nd. No room to turn around or blindside inside. I added pics to help you see how it's set up. Take your license when you check in. 6 pallets done in about 20 minutes.

Not too bad. Parking is tight, and you have to reverse off of street in a big rig

No receiver? Once checked in about 1-1: 30 hours to get unloaded or loaded (ABLE AND CFI ARE WAY FASTER THEN APOLLO, IF YOU ARE GOING TO SEND OR GET DELIVERED ANY PRODUCT PLEASE DO NOT LET APOLLO BE THE CARRIER OR WAREHOUSE TO PROCESS YOURE NEEDS!
