I got a good return, it was simple, and I don't have to worry about it because of the protection plans.

The service I was provided was very efficient, the staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and did not have to worry about anything.

Cost a lil to much for a 10 min talk to finish taxes. Its like i paid 400 bucks just to efile. Single, head of household, 1 w2, done in 5 minutes. People like myself just file yourself save 400 bucks

Identity theft problem with their service, will NOT recommend.they also charged my friend for services in advance and now they don't answer calls

Horrible customer service, been a customer for 20 years and now they have expanded and cannot get their appointments straight.

We thought the people here were so nice at first. My husband and I filed our 2013 and 2014 returns here. We are residents of different states, yet the manager at this location advised us to file married-joint which caused my husband's state of residence to tax our full income. Now HR Block is refusing to help or do anything with the amended returns and we are stuck now owing excess of $1500 when originally HR Block told us we were getting a refund. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Go to another or better yet just use Turbo Tax.
