I would've scored higher but your fee is outrageous! $548! That's crazy and I dont even get my refund any sooner then I would by doing them myself or somewhere cheaper. This is robbery.

Even though my appointment was with Pam she had a difficult client and Cortney offerd to do my taxes the staff was very professional and worked as a team

If you want top quality, I would recommend coming here for taxes. I was given a lot of help here and all of the people working there are extremely friendly. Eliud Lagarda was the person who helped me, he was very informational with everything and made sure I understood what we were doing along the way. I am glad that I was able to get my taxes done right and with a very nice person!
