(DM writing review on behalf of client) Manager at the location interrupted my session with my tax preparer and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner when I asked my tax guy for an itemized receipt of my payment. My tax preparer, was not helpful in providing information to help finish my taxes. I had everything ready and basically served to them in a platter and took too many days after I dropped off my paperwork to punch in my numbers into their system. I will no longer return after 6 years of their service.

After waiting on the phone for over 35 min, I asked a question the woman asked me if I could hold and then hung up on me.

They shut down their facility without contacting the people who had their tax documents dropped off. They have my tax documents and will not give them back. Tax preparation is an essential operation of business. They don't know when they're going to reopen and they have my tax documentation and will not mail it back

We loved Cece! She was fast, great at explaining, and nice. It made getting our taxes done less painful!

My taxes, though they involved three employers and Covered California and Medical insurances, were pain free! Cece is an expert and led me through the steps quickly and expertly. Alone I would have gotten very confused. I am so glad to have my taxes done. It really was so very efficient with no snafus or problems, despite the complexities. Thank you very much for a very easy tax filing.

Was not a fan of the gal at the front desk this year but my tax person was amazing as always this year was my first time doing the drop off and it was way more convenient.

I believe I was made to pay more taxes than it's due in us due to incompentency of understanding tax laws. My capital gain income was double counted on my return.

We respect Roberta's tax knowledge and trust her expertise. She is precise, and gets the job done efficiently. We'll definitely be going back to her next year!

Roberta Kramer has been our accountant for over 15 years, she is very knowledgeable and the reason we will continue to recommend and come back!

BECCA was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She answered all my questions and submitted everything in a timely manner. It was so easy I will be back next year.

The service received. George Galan was wonderfully helpful. My daughter and her fiance had an appointment with Roberta. I decided to go with them and find out about my own taxes preparation. George was helping at the front desk and I asked him about it and he ended doing my taxes. He was helpful answering all my question and doing my taxes in a professional way.

I'm very happy with the fast and efficient service provided by Cece Gonzales. Will be back next year.

They should of been more upfront with the increase of my tax preparation. I had the same income and my tax preparation was 3.7 more costly.

Cecilia was very helpful and informative! A very informative tax expert she made my experience painless and we had a few laughs along the way! I shall see H&R next year for taxes! Messed up my taxes 2 years in a row, costing my thousands of dollars because of the mistakes (I didn't get contacted from the government about the first mistake until after I'd filed with them again, because obviously I wouldn't have used them again if I had known)

Roberta is a Queen she took such a load off our shoulders. We needed advice on doing 1031 real estate exchange and Roberta was right on it. Not only very knowlegeable but extremely helpful. When we left the office everything was done. Asked what we owed and she said we were customers and she just wanted to make sure we were happy no charge. Roberta saved a customer for H&R block and will do our taxes from this day on.

They were incredibly helpful, dealt with a clerical issue with IRS for me and charged me nothing. I would definitely return to them for in the future, Roberta Kramer was very pleasant and resolved my issue quickly.

My worst experience ever! The most disrespectful people that have absolutely no idea what they are doing! They call themselves tax professionals but a 10 year old kid does a better job filling your tax! They messed up my taxes twice and I got audited both time.
