I called H&R block at the Vista village location in Vista Ca and the male Greg that answered the phone was laughing at me and was very unprofessional! I don't understand why people work at places that they obviously hate.
Because all the personnel are so respectful, accomodative, organized and giving some good advise on what to do on your next tax return.

I gave this score because i really enjoyed my experience with Joe. Not only was he at the front area waiting for us, he greeted us like we were old friends. He also had our taxes from the previous year and had notes from them. He was on top of it. I was really impressed with him and how efficient and thorough he was. He doubled checked things and did everything he could to get us the most that he could. He had us out of there in a reasonable amount of time and i most definitely will recommend him to others and will be coming back just to see Joe. I really enjoyed my experience with him and so did my husband.
Very bad experience, they moved me around in three locations because they dont have “experts” in certain locations and the bill was a whopping 300+ dollars
I got a letter from the IRS saying I made major mistakes on my 2017 taxes. I thought I was in trouble. After speaking with Lupe it wasn't that bad. In fact Lupe got me an additional $700 refund! Thanks Lupe!
