H&R Block reviews
7Used to file my own on turbo but too much changes last year. Loving and very helpful especially with so many new changes going on with these tax. I thanks God for Margaret who helped us last yr and I got to scheduled with her again this yr. THANKS MARGARET!
From the receptionist to Margaret & to Jeff at the Temecula office, they are top notch and so friendly. As scary as the process is they made it a no big deal and we're getting money back! Definitely a very welcome surprise, especially when my Hubby was so stressed about having to pay & pay big! They, Jeff is definitely going to do our yearly taxes!
Carol was so helpful and did an amazing job. She had a lot of patience and clearly explained to me the entire process and provided excellent feedback. I highly recommend Carol and the H&R Block team to anyone in the area. Thank you!
Kathy Ferguson is the very best. She is quick and competent. I totally trust her high level of knowledge.
ITS BEEN 4 YEARS. EACH YEAR THEY TAKE MORE AND GIVE LESS. THIS YEAR I TOOK ZERO DAYS OFF. WORKED 40 PLUS HOURS A WEEK BUT LOST 1200. WHY? THE ACCOUNTANT TOLD ME I DIDN'T CLAIM MYSELF AS AN INDEPENDENT! LIES!
Beth has been very helpful and non-judgmental. She gives me helpful information I need in order to make financial decisions. I feel confident that my tax forms are completed accurately and with integrity.
Probably one of the most humiliating experiences I've had to suffer through. The person on the phone laughed at me when I asked tax questions about my dead son. Apparently the death of a child is a funny topic to discuss. Thinking she may have just reacted oddly out of nervousness I pressed forward where she continued to laugh. After I questioned her response she informed that "he wasn't alive very long". Her laughing and entire line of questions were demeaning, humiliating, unprofessional and abhorrent. The fact H&R block would hire someone this disgusting calls to question their hiring process and overall integrity as a company.
