Good and fast service. I like that i didn't have to go into the office to complete the process. I work nights so it was convenient for me.

This place Is not worth It they charge $130 to do taxes but they messed up on mine I still haven't gotten my 3rd stimulus the one that was for $1,400 or the first california credit check that was for $600 the lady Nora did my taxes and I don't know whar the hell she did but I am missing $2,000 of money that everyone else got and I didnt causw of a mistake on the taxes never going again overpriced and bad quality job jesus.

One of the worst experiences of my life. Mind you, I’ve been doing my taxes with H&R Block for at least 8+ years. It is a pandemic. My husband and I have been out of work for nearly 3 months, without unemployment, as I explained to the worker. So even though there is an office less than 10 minutes from my home, I am promised a discount and a specific price, so I drive 30 minutes with a toddler to a not so great neighborhood just to have them raise the price $200! I’ve now wasted over an hour and a half just for them to tell me they’ll be charging me more. (Mind you, the only difference is 1 document that should be $60 extra to file at most.) I still did not mention that they did not send me any confirmation for my appointment with the address and hung up 3 times when I called and was trying to get the address to arrive at my appointment. I never received the address. Good f#%king luck! Then they refused to acknowledge that is what they did. Nora promised a false price and then when I was there they tried to bait and switch me. The “manager” was of no help giving me a number to the district manager, Cristina, who didn’t bother to pick up. They raise the cost of filing if you get even a bit more in return and they are not straight forward with their pricing. Even thought that is literally what they advertise, upfront pricing. Drove back to my area (office less than 10 mins from home) to receive better service and a better price. I am so appalled by this location. It should be shut down. Horrible!

H&r are false advertising and won't let me free file and how is it free file it they charge 14 dollars they deserve to be sued

Lydia is amazing. This is the second year I file my taxes with her. She helps me out and explains everything clearly.

I would not go with anyone else. H&R Block is the best. They have the best security protection and have great prices, you can't compare to no other services. Thank you H&R Block.

Like always H&R block always puts there customers first. Very professional, very friendly, and they always doing right by there customers.
