First time coming here as my normal tax person is moving and got ripped off! The rep who helped me could only process singles. Took over an hour to try and figure out how to process a dependent form, calculated the incorrect amount id be receiving back, and the processing fee is ridiculous! Only come here if you are single with absolutely no write offs!

I went there specifically because they offer a refund advance on your tax return. For whatever reason I was denied the advance which I don't understand because it's money that I earned and that is owed to me. It shouldn't be someone else's decision how or when I choose to receive my refund. So NO I'm likely to return, it's false advertising and besides that I paid double for for the filing fees compared to where I normally go.

I've used H&R Block for many years with no problems or concerns and make tax time simple.

Every thing was completed in a very professional manner, and completed and submitted right away.

Have used H&R Block for several years, then left for 2 years and came back. Today's experience is exactly why I came back. My preparer, Kelly, was excellent. She was professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be back.
