H&R Block, Lakewood CA

I have been using H & R block for over 25 years with mostly great success. My excellent tax preparer is in the Lakewood, CA branch. Although not every location offers the same results, they do stand by their work with re-do's and reviews and that's why I have stayed with them all this time. I have never been audited and I am sure it is because of H&R Block

My tax professional Raymond Mangahas was extremely detailed in his approach. He made me feel comfortable, asked the right questions to make sure both my personal and business was filed correctly and helped me get everything filed in a timely manor.

Because ms.my le is extremely helpful and explains everything correctly.last year i did them with ms. Archuleta and she is terrible on explaining and she made mistakes on my papers and had to wait over 3months to get my taxes done correctly.

H&r block is the worst. I paid them almost 400$ to get my taxes done and the person who did them made so many mistakes. I had to file a amendment. Did my taxes feb 12 its july and i still haven't gotten my refund. Don't waste your money.

H&R block agent Rose Franco and ViJay have been great with my husband and I for some years now. They ask lots of questions to ensure all items are accounted for appropriately. They have been available and responsive.
