H&R Block reviews
7 It was a great experience meeting with Carol for the first time!
She is very professional, well-informed, & patient.
I'll definitely refer family & friends to her for tax assistance.
I feel like an excellent job was done and done quickly. The person who was doing my taxes passed away so I need someone new and as long as I feel comfortable with the person that did my taxes which I do. I will continue to use HR Block as long as I get my same accountant from now on.
Since I am not driving Carol Appleton went way out her way to bring me the necessary papers to my home. This was a great service to me. Also, when I had a question about how part of the tax calculation she quickly explained it to me. Diana Watson
Arezoo is an amazing tax analyst! She's helped me with my tax return for the last 3 years and she always makes sure that I'm getting the best refund possible. Truly an amazing professional and person!
Carol Appleton is the reason I return year after year. She is knowledgeable and always makes it a pleasant straight-forward experience.
I called to make appt and was assigned to Frank. He's a very old man that had trouble entering
data in computer, like my name. After a while standing behind him looking to what he was doing,
I asked how much it would be and came close to $500. I decided to stop there and leave. The office manager was not there, nobody to talk.
Kept telling me my appointment was coming up shortly. Waited for just under an hour before I left. What’s the point in scheduling a specific appointment time if you aren’t going to stick to that? Especially when I had asked for a later time originally and the receptionist specifically told me to come in an hour earlier that I had asked. Why would I want to reschedule to another time when you will just leave me waiting for an hour again. If I wanted to wait I would have just came for a walk-in.
