Fast, efficient, friendly, helped me to understand H & R process, very professional always!

Do not use this place, my tax preparer lied on my 2019 tax files without my knowledge and caused me to owe all kinds of money… when I call the office to make a complaint with the office manager all they do is defer the call and cover for each other… they’re scammers and crooks in this office. My next step is filing a lawsuit against this place… The peace of mind audit protection is a lie… they refused to give a peace of mind at all.

Not a good review at all. I was trying to maybe get results with the district manager but all that was a block. One of there tax preparer did my 2019 taxes straight out wrong. And had the audacity to charge me a higher price to prepare the mandatory I never knew he charge me that much for something he did wrong. I'm still waiting for the District Manager to call me back with no problem solving. I've always had upstanding with them. But not going back. I'm still trying to get them to give me my money back for the filing of error on them. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

No star at all, but I had to give one just to show this problem. Not good

I could have done it myself. I spent $136 and was not able to get any advice to help in future.

I called them and found great customer service on the phone that answered my Tax questions

My tax preparer is extremely nice and friendly. She is always ready for me when I make appoints. Never have to wait. She is very knowledgeable and knows her job. She even takes the time to ask about the family and how I am doing. After all the years I have been using H&R Block she is the best person I have ever had to do my taxes. I have no reason to change to ever change preparers.

Everyone was helpful at the branch, specially Renee, and I would love file with H&R again next year.

MY HUSBAND AN I ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND HAVE USED THE SAME BLOCK TAX MAN FOR APPROX. 20 YEARS. THIS SEASON HE DID NOT RETURN. IN A PANIC WE HAD TO SEARCH FOR A NEW EXPERT AS OUR ISSUES WERE RATHER COMPLICATED. WELL, THRU ONE OF YOUR HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT MANAGERS, YOUR EQUALLY PROFESSIONAL OFFICE MANAGER, HIS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT TAX PREPARER WE WERE ABLE TO GET OUR TAXES FILED ON TIME, SAME DAY AND AT A NEW BLOCK LOCATION THAT WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH. THE ENTIRE STAFF, INCLUDING THE RECEPTIONIST MADE OUR EXPERIENCE EXTREMELY REWARDING. WE ARE PROUD TO BE BLOCK CUSTOMERS.
