My tax preparation done by Tina was very kind, fast, accurate. Very impressive, professional, and nice. Tina really enjoyed and understood my situation. I have never had an experience like I did with Tina.

Last year we had a bad experience with H&R Block - but at a different location. We decided to give it another go at this location this year, and we had Josephine Karileh. She was absolutely amazing! She was so fast, organized, and professional the entire time. She knew the answer to every question we had. She was empathetic and made it a non-painful experience for all of my family members. Cannot believe…. The type of services doesn’t equal the $$$$$ prices charged for it…. Not only the lady didn’t care to help but had an attitude about me not having the copy I got
Not only I cannot access my taxes via app but I have to pay extra money to get a copy to proof I did them, there is no way I can access a copy due to the fact I mail in myself a return that it could have been done efile from the beginning such a horrible service

Lady was pretty good. Quick, fast and easy. If your the average Joe go see them. If not and your running a mega corp find a good Tax Person. They were pretty quick to help me.

I hope you value your tax pros as much as I value mines. Laura always make it so easy to file online.

My tax professional Laura did not communicate with me and was very hard to reach and was un available even for a scheduled appointment.
