The reviews speak for themselves. I imagine this must be a very cheap company and that’s how they’re still in business; but you get what you pay for. They’re slow to respond (if they respond) and I was literally laughed at over the phone when trying to sort out an issue. I can’t control who my HOA contracts with but if you have any decision making power, do not choose this company.
