I was blown away by how quickly they came out, provided estimates, scheduled techs, and completed the service; all that in less than a week.

They came out and replaced the whole HVAC and Furnace system. I probably could have gotten a better rate somewhere else, but I wanted the best service for our budget and this was it (hands down).

Huft treats it's teammates right. It was easy to notice as every person I interacted with was super nice and respectful. They are locally owned, and the owners seem to be on the right track from the top down, and I didn't even meet them directly.

The team was prideful in their work and wanted to do it right the first time. I think the install went a little later than planned for their liking, however, it was finished by the end of the day. Now I don't have to worry about the kids being uncomfortable in the home for any period of time.

Edit: one year later my thermostat took a dump. I called Huft and they had someone out in about 2 hours. Justin went through the set up of my new unit and he quickly went to work. Thank you Justin and the Huft team. Having AC again is a dream.

Will not hire this company again for any electrical issue. Paid over $$$ for an hour of troubleshooting and still could not figure out the problem. Hired another company and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes.

Jordan and Henry were great. I'll try to get them again when I need electrical work done. They showed up right on time, worked with me to get the 220V outlets placed where I wanted them and got right to work which included pulling 50 feet of wire through the attic. They throughly cleaned up after completing. They were pleasant and professional.

Hot water tank inspection and routine Maine, but service was way beyond “routine”! Jacob even tightened our loose sink handle (s)! Excellent service, friendly, super helpful. Outstanding- thank you!

As always, Leo was friendly, professional and respectful. Huft is a great team and I’m grateful for their service.

The repair wasn’t a huge job. Just a leaky sink. Jacob came in a timely fashion. I didn’t have to wait till the end of the day. In fact, he called me and asked if I would be home earlier because he was in the area. This worked out perfectly. Once Jacob arrived, he was able to confidently notify me what the issue was. Once he had the water turned off, he had a replacement part installed and tested within minutes. He was very polite and I couldn’t be happier with his customer service skills.
Now my sink works great! Thanks Huft!

+My latest project with Huft involved Henry an electrician.
+Henry did a great job of assessing an estimating the needs of my project to install an EV charger. Henry also did a great job of explaining to me my choices for the install as well as the chargers that were available.
+Henry went even further by educating me on the rebates available through my local energy company SMUD.
+Although Henry was a contact this time I have to say that all the folks at Huft have a common professionalism that permeates their work and their interaction with customers.

I have worked as a point of contact on many projects for working with the folks at Huft.

Huff is exceptional with providing good customer service and technology, making sure that what you really need is what they're going to sell you and provide support for.

It's nice to be able to get what you need and need what you get. (And not pay for a bunch of other extras and upsells).

I've purchased services and products for HVAC replacements for electrical work and for vent and duct work as well.

We called these guys after a home warranty failed to perform and they did a fantastic job of assessing the problem and making a recommendation that would serve us well.

The prices were very reasonable and they had good financing. The service folks kept us in the loop with the work progress, they let us know everything that they were doing and they completed on time without any additional cost just as a promise they would.

Our water heater was 17 years old and in need of replacement. Jacob came and had it replaced within a few hours, the final job looks great and I had hot water almost immediately!

Late afternoon on Friday, Sept. 1,2023, I phoned Huft Home Services with a request to connect my new refrigerator to the water source in the wall with the new waterline I had purchased. Because of the Labor Day holiday they indicated that I could get service early on Tuesday morning, Sept. 5. On Tuesday I was pleased to see Joseph from Huft arrive on time to give me service. He carefully examined the issue and determined that the emergency shutoff valve needed to be replaced. He left my house and had to go to two suppliers before he found the correct valve. He returned, replaced the valve, and connected the refrigerator with the new waterline.

I was impressed with Joseph’s knowledge, thoughtful examination of the issue, and thoroughness in finding the correct solution. Besides the new valve, he also discovered a slight water leak around the old valve that had caused water damage to the hardwood floor around the refrigerator. He showed me the issues and made sure I fully understood them. He then made sure that no water was leaking anywhere around the new valve and waterline. I am a completely satisfied customer.

We are very pleased with Jeremy. He is friendly and easy to talk to about our concerns. Once he determined that the water heater needed to be replaced, he was helpful in answering our questions on what type of unit to purchase.
The price of the unit was comparable to other bids, but more importantly, the installation was professional.
We also used Huft for our HVAC replacement. They have earned our trust and we will call on them for all our future home services.

Angel was great, as usual.on time, professional, patient, & pleasant! After taking care of the reason for the appt, we mentioned another issue. Since we had a new electric panel installed, our attic fan hadn't worked, so he went up into the attic to investigate. I don't think he expected to go up into a dusty attic on a hot day, but he did so without complaint & even with a smile! Angel figured out the problem; now the fan turns on like normal!
