Inspections are great for potential homebuyers but can prove even more critical/essential for those taking on a family member's property devoid of major updates or an accurate history of repairs and maintenance issues; such is my case. When I asked the favorite realtor for an inspection service referral, she sent me directly and only to Huggs Quality Inspections. They lived up to their name. The inspector caught everything and I now have a list of what needs to be done and, most importantly, what must be realistically prioritized. Huggs Quality ensured that I had an excellent, informative, and (for me) calming experience. The report they provided was stellar and will be useful for years to come. Their results were worth EVERY reasonably priced penny I spent! James provided this experience, but I'd trust anyone from the company.

I am in the process of purchasing my first home. I have been very anxious about making sure the place is in good quality before I made it my home.
Brandon was my inspector and he was INCREDIBLE. Right off the bat he made me feel comfortable; he said would thoroughly check everything…and he did. He spent a lot time reviewing all details of the property, making sure to check every nook and cranny. He followed it up by going over his major findings with us, and later sent a very detailed report.
Could not be more satisfied, will always go with them for inspections!
