No hassle at all, Walk-ins or appointments you will be seen and taken care of as if your pet was there's.

The San Bernardino County Humane Society in my opinion deserves a 5 star rating for sure. I've had to take a couple of my doggies there to be euthanized. They had to change their procedures cuz of COVID-19 & much to my surprise it all went very smoothly. The staff was extremely nice and very polite n supportive, the veterinarian was knowledgeable, we were given time to say our goodbyes and they went peacefully. And at the end of it all i wasn't charged a single dime for any of it. Thank u so much to the staff n doctors for being so kind & helping me get thru one of the hardest things I've had to do in my entire life. I truly believe that there is indeed a special place in heaven for these people.

They are very compassionate and understanding especially when you have to do something as difficult as putting your fur baby down after 17 wonderful years.

I took our 2 month old puppy, first visit for both of us. I had always heard bad things and was kinda scared taking her, she needed her first set of boosters so I said what the heck and was disappointed that I let all those rumor get to me, the nurse that took care of Keyma was very nice and she answered all the questions I had at that time. Husband came home with another puppy so humane society here we come again

Taking responsibility for animals is a great undertaking & expensive, especially a private vet. We had three dogs at different times. Sugar for 15 years years, Madonna 12 years, & Chopin 13 years. We took all three dogs to San Bernardino Humane society for their care from 8 weeks to end of their lives. In all these years we have been pleased with the care our dogs received & how kind the employees were when we had to put our precious pets to sleep. It has been 3 years now since our Chopin was sent to doggie heaven. Today we are going to pickup a new puppy & we plan to take her to San Bernardino Humane society for her care because at SBHS cost is reasonable, it won’t break our bank account & by our experience with 3 dogs they received good care. In reading some of the bad reviews from the experience they went through I can understand they are angry but remember you could of taken your dog to a million dollar vet & you still would have gone through same experience. You chose to bring your pet to SBHS because you can’t afford a high cost vet, humane society did their best for your pet & not charge to to much & you get angry? Like in any profession, there are good & bad veterinarians.

We had a mama cat and her two kittens move into our crawl space. We needed to get all of them fixed. We were able to get mom spayed and then return the next day with the two kittens and get them neutered/spayed. They are all doing very well now. The staff was professional and they were able to hold onto mama for the night (for an extra charge) which helped because we had to drive down from Lake Arrowhead to do this and it saved an extra trip. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs vet services for their animal.

Been going here for years. If you need a pet spayed/neuter this is the best price, if you need a pet euthanized, it will be done with love here and there is no cost.

Doctors are super friendly. The Dog Park was surprising and training in the back was fun to observe.

Though the wait time might be a while, it's worth it for the low price and quality in service they provide. Best to call in advance and make an appointment.

Adopted your next pet from here. I Adopted my dog Baxter and Rocket. They've been the best dogs anyone can ask for. Healthy loving smart and easy to care for.

This place is ridiculous, with their waits and the appointments they schedule. Workers are completely unprofessional and are unable to multitask, this place is a glorified mobile clinic with an address. Sure spay and neuter is easy to have done but anything else you will need to visit a real vet office.

Receptionist told me to put my dog down cause it was suffering. Went to Loma Linda Animal Hospital and my dog is still alive.

Love this place. However, even with an appt, i waited 50 minutes to see a tech for vaccinations.

Euthanized our 15 year old dog here. It was free but they ask for a donation. I was surprised how nice the facilities are and everyone was so considerate. I had low expectations for something they offer for free. I was relieved when they said they would sedate our dog before giving her the second and final shot. We had to put another dog down in the past and it was much harder without the sedation, at different place. They gave us a private room and let us take our time with her.

My wife and I brought our dog in today/Saturday to get his bordetella shot. After waiting a couple of hours we were greeted by a young lady named "Yereleli" (sorry if I misspelled your name). She was very sweet and kind even though our dog was very nervous and squirmy. She never gave up on our dog and was able to calm him down for us to administer the shot. We've met a lot of friendly staff here but she stood out above the rest. Thank God for her great customer service!
