1000% support local businesses especially this one. The staff all need a raise they are extremely knowledgeable and help you pick products that are good for your pets and also affordable. They can educate you on how to do raw diets, I go here all the time they have high quality food for my dog that’s cheap she’s so much happier and healthier and because the food is so nutrient based you’re able to feed less cups so even if it’s a bit pricier than popular brands you end up saving more money, they have cheap raw meats for sale, they have products that are also local businesses. They use a reward system which is great. They also have a dog washing station I believe it’s just $10 bucks I haven’t used it yet but they also do a reward program for that too and supply all the basic supplies like shampoos and towels. Absolutely love them!

We received a free dog wash coupon from them at Friday Night Market in Eureka. It said walk-ins or appointments but I would recommend appointments. They have one tub and since we have a large dog our walk-in ran into an appointment. Sorry! We rushed out so staff could clean for the next person but you know that not all people will. If your dog is small you may be able to wash faster and a walk-in might be ok. Our German Shepherd is not small. LOL.

The wash includes only 1 towel to use and a limited amount of grooming products. This is probably fine for small dogs but not for large ones. We brought our own special shampoo and shammies because we kind of expected it. If you are unable to bring supplies from home they rent extra towels at $1 each. I'm not sure about a price for more grooming products.

Since we mainly wanted to save our backs but use our own stuff, this was very helpful. A raised tub with a ramp made everything so much easier for us.

On our way out we picked up a nice, large smoked pig ear, that our girl carried to the car ($2.29 a piece before tax). She walked away clean and happy.

This place is a bit pricey, but knowing my doggos get the best nutrition is worth it to me! I recently used their self-service dog wash and that was a great experience, too! Highly recommend.

Going in every time is such a wonderful experience with helpful and knowledgeable staff. They also carry great food brands and have a huge selection of treats and toys. Be sure to check out their doggy bath area with provided supplies!

I couldn’t say enough nice things about this pet store. I get all my pet stuff here; food, leashes, leads, toys… and I use their self service bath regularly. The people who work here are the kindest, most helpful you’ll find and always go above and beyond to answer questions and help you with what you need. One time they even stayed open 10 minutes late when I called because my cat had been hurt and I needed an emergency cat cone till I could get him to the vet. They are always smiles and so sincerely helpful. Plus their products are competitively priced, even compared online! Best pet store hands down.

Absolutely wonderful shop and folks here. I love exploring local pet shops whenever I travel, to take my pup shopping for some treats. (Hey, he deserves a shopping trip too!) For this trip I also needed to find a calming aid since I wanted to give my pup some relief from travel anxiety. I was given really concise, attentive and thorough information to pick the best product. I went with the Ark Naturals happy traveler capsules (which worked fabulously!) I also asked if they had any store branded gear. They have tshirts for humans and the cutest bandana's with their logo stitched on for the pups. Thank you for taking care of me and my boy. He's easily the most stylish he's ever been with his new bandana!

Parking can be tight but worth the trip if you're in need.

I got a placemat for my dog which I had been searching for but haven't stumbled upon.

They offer free complimentary coffee and have a ton of options for toys, food, bathing and health items for your pet.

Not just dogs, but small critters as well.

This place is great. They have things that other places in town might not. It is a little pricier but it is worth it. My cat loooooves the Vital Essential Minnows!

My go to for self Serve dog grooming, they provide dog shampoo, towel, brushes and blow dryer with enclosed tub. For the price and what's offered, I'll keep bringing my pup there for his bathing needs
