I got sick half an hour after having the hot fudge sundae. The ice cream tasted good, albeit a bit salty for me. I heard the worker asking customers if it was ok if the ice cream was a little soft because their delivery guy left the ice cream out. So maybe some food safety issues happening.

Definitely one of my favorite ice cream shops in the Bay Area. Couldn’t be happier that this one is in my neighborhood. I don’t get ice cream often - but definitely recommend the oil and vinegar flavor!

Stale waffle cones but amazingly delicious ice cream. UPDATE I came here a 2nd time today and had amazing ice cream but a burnt waffle cone. Maybe the 3rd time will be different. The location on Broadway is better. Try the honey graham ice cream and you will fall in love!

I knew this ice cream shop when it first opened off 24th St in San Francisco. And I loved it then.
We have been customers since. Today I took my daughter here and they gave her the tiniest scoop! Wish I had taken a photo. And it wasn’t supposed to be a kids scoop. The lady says they are not doing that anymore but why does the scoop looks like a tiny kids scoop? ! I mean for $6.25 for a single scoop. Cmon! I don’t mind paying for good ice cream but don’t cheat us out of a proper scoop. Very disappointed.

Beautiful salty ice creams with the best texture. I really enjoy the lavender crumble and the vanilla.

WAY overly sweet and heavy couldn’t even finish half a scoop without being overwhelmed by the sweetness.overpriced as well.

Decent ice cream, but expensive for the quality. You're pretty much out of luck flavor-wise if you either don't like or can't eat chocolate though.
