5 I have ordered from Huntees multiple times over the years. I placed my most recent order on November 30th, part of this order being Christmas gifts. On December 13th, they sent a mass email stating the following: Now for the good news: if you placed your order by this morning, you're on the nice list to receive your goodies before Christmas! We're confident that your HUNTEES treasures will be there to add sparkle to your holiday celebrations.
On December 20th, my order still had not shipped, so I called them. I was told that one particular item was delaying my order. I told them they could print it in another color because I was worried about them not arriving on time. Still, on December 22nd, they shipped half my order (only tee shirts). I emailed on the 23rd at 8AM, still do not have a reply. Today is the 24th, and now I have to go fight retail store crowds to find replacement gifts. This will be THE last order from Huntees, unfortunately.
I have purchased several gifts from Huntees before and always been impressed by the quality and the smile they put on peoples faces.
I recently purchased the Well Well Well mug for a friend that I know would love it. I noticed a delay in shipping and contacted Huntees customer support. I was concerned as her birthday was approaching and it is being shipped to Australia. The staff member understood my urgency and put the delivery on international express, and I received the mug in three days. With is very impressive from the US to Australia. My friend was able to get the gift in time. I’m very thankful for the excellent support I received.

Should have checked here for all the reviews. I wouldn't have ordered. Also I will never order anything from them and will not recommend to anyone. Poor service if you cant get an order out in less that 10 days. And I'm sorry when you say custom order I find it hard to believe someone is in the garage making each and every item only when its requested.
