I’ve bought many vehicles and dealt with some bad dealerships. But this dealer is hands down one of the best. This had to be the smoothest and easiest transaction I’ve ever had. Even with me being out of state it was an amazing experience.
They have earned my business for life.

After my visit and subsequent purchase of my 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia from Hunter Dodge in Lancaster, I felt compelled to write this review. My first point of contact was with Jason, the sales manager, to whom I expressed my interest in the car, which I had been searching for and test driving many of them over the last month and a half. He was knowledgeable while I spoke with him over the phone about the car, the market and many other aspects of the current economic situation which led me to driving from Encino to Lancaster to see if we could do business together. When I arrived, they had detailed the car and parked it in the shade for me to prepare it for the test drive. Kimberly, my sales associate, was a shining example of someone you’d want to be greeted by when doing anything related to customer service. She was friendly, energetic and a pleasure to be around. After the test drive we all sat down to discuss the numbers, which is when I met Sabrina, who was also very professional and friendly. Though at first, we could not negotiate on an agreeable price for both parties, they were more than happy to at least address a few things we wanted done on the car to make this thing happen.

Enter Ali Awada, the Used Car Director, who went completely above and beyond the call of duty to not only make a great deal happen but ensure that he would make a lifelong customer in the process. It was the weekend, which meant that their bodywork vendors were not there. We had asked them to touch up the paint on the vehicle from the previous owner giving it a curb check along with a couple other small things. To prevent inconveniencing me, he made sure to get us in at one of the other dealerships that operated under the same management but one that was much closer to where I live. He followed through with everything he had promised and now my car looks like a brand-new car with the touchup paint job and the accessories I had hoped they could get for me. He is a true businessman that understands the importance of integrity, customer service, and honor. Being a real estate agent myself, those are values I pride myself on and am thrilled when I meet like-minded others. He understands being a man of principle and how to have longevity in business and in life. Thank you, Ali, you most certainly have made a customer for life out of me, and I couldn’t be happier to put my name on the line if anyone asks where they should buy their next vehicle.

Best dealer experience i've ever had, bought a 2023 TRX, buying process was simple, no hidden markups (unlike some other dealers that hide their insane markups), negotiations were easy, great trade in value as well. Rolando and Dave were very professional and their customer service was absolutely amazing. Rolando was honest about everything and went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Will definitely make the long drive to buy my next vehicle from them.

I got a very good deal on a 21 Ram for today's market. Most people were very chill, the finance manager was a bit feisty. Vehicle was unusually dirty on the inside though.

Great service! They were very professional and the communication was on point while my car was there! I’ve never been in a Jeep dealership that is this welcoming and professional, Tania Martinez was extremely helpful and professional, she made sure that I was aware of was going on with my Jeep and explained everything with detail! 100% recommended!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEGLIGENT STAFF

Brought my Chrysler 200 into the service dept for a overheating issue. The lady tells me that they would also do a engine block test, visual inspection, and road test. Fast forward to when they fix my car and I go to pick up, I notice my brakes are loose and I can’t break very well. Dash lights up that my brake fluid is low. I managed to bring it back to Chrysler and explain whats going on to the woman I spoke to before, and she pops off with an attitude and gets upset as if I was accusing her of messing up my brakes. I explain to her that Im not accusing anyone but I was upset that they missed this issue and just gave me back my car like that and told me it was working perfectly fine. I just wanted it fixed and she kept giving me attitude and saying I was lying. They gave me a new associate and gave a small discount for the inconvenience. Still very unprofessional

Terrific experience. Every member of the team was friendly and patient. Even if I hadn't been able to make a deal I would have left pleased with the experience. Luckily we did make a deal and a got a great price on my new Ram. Thank you hunter CDJR, You guys are the best.

These guys will force you to buy additional dealer options accessories. BEWARE. If you don't buy it, they will turn you away!

Best dealership experience I've ever had. Custom ordered a Wrangler and it was there in 2 months. When I flew down to pick it up, the vehicle was waiting in a nice presentation, all the paperwork was prepared and ready for me. I was in and out of the dealership in 45min - 1hr TOPS. The staff was so honest and genuine, friendly and felt like they were on my side. I cannot say the same about most of my dealership experiences. I would 100% go to Hunter again.

At the end of August, I brought my Durango here for a simple Service appointment. They ended up telling me I needed over 3,000$ in work. That my Drive Shaft had 'fluid' on it so it needed to be replaced and also that my motor mounts needed replacing. The parts were on back order (lucky for me) for MONTHS and MONTHS.
My brother convinced me to get a second opinion and I'm so happy I did. I actually ended up getting several opinions (To be clear, I had several in depth multi point inspections of the whole vehicle, and once complete I asked directly about the drive shaft and motor mounts) The only major thing I needed was brake bads and rotors resurfaced (700$).
All of this happened while I was moving so I had no car for months and months because Hunter Dodge told me it was too dangerous to drive my Durango.
Good times, hope you have a better experience than I did and always get a second opinion with these guys. Needless to say, I will never return here or recommend this place.

Service department is horrible no customer service skills whatsoever took my car in to get a decal defect Repaired ended up being a six month hiatus with them! I will not do business with him anymore. It’s sad because I’m on my second vehicle I have purchased from the dealership and a loyal customer! Unfortunately, the service department dropped the ball and never really went above and beyond to really take care of me. Every time I would receive my car it was in worse conditions.

I was just in on this past Monday, and the service was professional and very efficient with the perfect explanation on any work my car needed. I have a dodge challenger 2016 and I just love the car it's exceptional and I have kept every oil change receipt and this car continues giving perfect performance

Has hidden fees on the cars. They add things to them not asked by the customers, like GPS, VIN etched into the windows, etc.and then jack up the prices by like 10k on a car (I was interested in). That’s 6k over the taxes add on. If I wanted these extra items, I would ask for them and pay for them. They won’t remove these items either if the customer doesn’t want them, forcing you to pay for them if you want the car. Also, has a hard time taking no for an answer.

My 2016 RAM Ecodiesel with 91000 miles has a recall on it that RAM will not solve. Therefore this dealer is not willing to give a fair offer although the car is in an excellent condition. And we want to trade it in for a new one because these trucks are just nice! My advice: if you want to loose money don't buy a RAM Ecodiesel from this dealer…. Because they don’t trust the product they are selling!
