Our new favorite food shop. The best prices for produce in HB and enjoy the diversity of rotating fresh fruits and vegetables. Love the Mediterranean/middle eastern hot food kiosk too - fresh and great flavors. Also a great spot for spices and herbs.

On my first visit, I bought all organic produce on sale. Unfortunately, cheap price reflects quality. Berries looked like Surplus Produce. Former imperfect produce 5 yr subscriber (Surplus Priduce, cheap but inconsistent quality. Cancelled subscription because they were commodifying food that would go to the poor for free. Spend more & buy Better quality produce priced same/more than Sprouts, Whole Foods or Gelson’s. Might be worth another visit, Indoor Store selling Mediterranean goods, on quick scan looked well stocked with various imported oils & Ghees.

A neighborhood gem! Local market of fresh locally grown vegetables, kosher meats, and kind of items you don't find in your mainstream market.

I look this market. I go almost every week. Prices are great. Quality good to great 98% of time. Variety of fruits and vegetables rivals or exceedes big markets. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Best produce.

One of my favorite places for uncommon succulents and pots for bargain prices. Most the pots or seconds or have Slight damage but they are priced accordingly. They have typically a very large selection of succulents, cactus, herbs, and vegetables. Inside they have a very large selection of International foods, organic vegetables and international products.

This is not a farmers market with locally grown items. It is a grocery store with cheap fruits and vegetables from Mexico, Washington, California, etc. Good for what it is but, definitely not a typical farmers market.

Love coming here for fresh produce. They have a wide selection for a small store. Their prices are very competitive. They also carry items that you don't find everywhere. Their roots and greens selection are fantastic. I got all my produce I need for dinner for $5. There's plenty of parking, and it's easy to find.

How did I not know about this place? Walked around the whole store and discovered phenomenal prices on produce. Avocados $. 39, a basket of tomatoes $. 99, baskets of berries $. 99, inexpensive cucumbers, mandarin oranges, asparagus, Roma tomatoes, etc. The rest of the store was also full of very reasonably priced products.
Within the store is a small takeout mideastern restaurant. They have chicken and beef kebabs, as well as falafel. Also, hummus, baba ganoush, tzatziki, and mediteranean salads. We decided to take home dinner. Everything was fabulous. Portions were large enough that we have enough for another meal.
I highly recommend this market and the Mediterranean food restaurant. My only complaint was there were salads in the refrigerator were 2 days out of date (for a great price). I don't think they should have been on the shelf. But since I know to check dates, it wasn't something that would stop me from shopping here.

Love this place! Been coming here for years. Cannot beat produce prices. Just makes you realize how overpriced traditional supermarkets are. Other prices good too including halal meat. I'm not Muslim, but that's how my WASP dad butchered our chickens.

Produce, huge variety of tea and international products. Plus, nice staff & lots of garden plants!
