First let me start off by saying Huntington Beach is the only place to buy a Harley. Nick Cunningham, Cohl Staffa, Blair and Kevin these guys are top notch. This place has integrity. This is my second Harley I purchased from them in the last 3 years. If your just looking to kick tires and see the models of bikes this is the place. The sales staff is knowledgeable and the best part they DONT pressure you! I kicked tires 2 times before purchasing my bike. If your looking to get a deal on a bike this is the place. Trading a bike in this is the place! They will give you the most for your bike. I traded in my FXBB and purchased a 2021 Road Glide. They finance staff is awesome, my guy is Jeff. He recommended the VIP, This program is amazing. I purchased it on my first bike and definitely purchased it for my new bike. This program services your bike up to 3years unlimited miles. I put 12k in a year in a half and 0.00 dollars out of pocket for all my services. Not to mention you get other perks! Service department Michael Schemem, ask for this guy. He’s so knowledgeable and he knows his stuff! This guy is awesome goes above and beyond to make sure your taking care of.
Looking for help with parts see Ryno he’s the man. I put new bars on my 2021 Road Glide. Ryno was so informative on what parts I would need to get my project done. Look I been to other Harley dealerships but none of them even come close to Huntington Beach Harley. I pass several Harley dealerships on my way to Huntington Beach.

This is where you go if your looking to buying a Harley. They have a huge selection and super nice staff. I walked into the dealership and rode away with Harley Davidson Road Glide Special. Thank you Austin for getting me the best deal.

Went yesterday to grab a shirt as I'm from out of town and was greeted by great staff. Thought I only came for a shirt Matt went through every selection of shirts to make sure I grabbed the right one and I appreciated thought it was only a shirt he spent a few mins with me.

Worst service department I've ever dealt with in my life. Do NOT get your warranty here or you'll be forced to get all services at this location. Had a windshield replaced. After several days, finally got the bike back. Get home, phone call. 'your windshield just arrived. '
Not only was it never replaced, they just received the new one after we left.
This is just one of SEVERAL blunders.

If you are interested in a bike they have online, forget about it. 100% sure it has been 'sold' by the time you get there. No fear, they have plenty of others to show you. Lol Common shady sales tactic.

My boyfriend and I came on Saturday and I just want to say that Tim and Jeff were AMAZING! Even though I wasn’t the one getting a bike I got great customer service and they treated my boyfriend and I really great!

Went in last weekend and Cheyenne was awesome. She was a great sales rep in getting my dad into a new bike and making sure that my bike got serviced.

I was blown away by the accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable staff here. My fiancé and I are new to the area and came in to take a look around, and Immediately were amazed by how kind and welcoming the staff were. We spent a good amount of time talking to both Matt and Scott, who went out of their way to answer all of our questions about the area and servicing my fiancé bike. I highly recommend this location and staff to anyone!

My Husband just bought a new Harley from this location. It was a great experience! There was no feeling of salesman pressure at all! The guys and gal who helped us were Brandon, Taylor, Yvette, and Phish. They were laid back, super cool, and made us feel special. We reccomend this place 100%

I love this place! Drove from Utah to CA to buy from HBHD. When you are ready to get a bike you need to go see AJ, David, Sarah, Nate, Yvette, Toby, Nadine, and Susan. I will just refer to them as the A-Team! You couldn't ask for better people. They are amazing. The entire staff is fabulous. HBHD #1

Loved the selection of bikes and so many to choose from. People were super nice and courteous. Taylor showed me around and knew so much about each style of bike. Didn’t buy anything yet but will definitely work with him when I decide to take plunge.

Do not give your information to this dealership. They will continue to called you over and over again even after you explained you do not want to purchase a motorcycle from them. Very annoying and this is why I decided to buy from Riverside Harley.

Incredible parts department! Novak knows his stuff, solves problems, and is proactive about what your needs are. That's an incredible combination of skills for somebody working at a bike shop. He makes this "out of towner" want to drive quite a ways just so I can buy from Huntington Beach. Novak didn't push the sale of an unnecessary expensive part, he knew a quick and easy solution. This is FULL SERVICE - the way it should be.
