Huntington Beach Hospital

I would not recommend. Daughter was kept dirty and dried blood on her face and hands. (More than a day) I understand they’re busy, but cmon. I work in the EMS field as my own career, and they can do better. Several other items, but no need to pile drive them. I’d just go somewhere else if I could.

It always sucks to end up in the emergency room. But the nurses, the doctor everyone was really kind and professional. We really appreciate all the help. 5 stars

I was in the ER, as a Victim having been Assaulted brought in by ambulance last week. I was treated very poorly.
The Staff rushed me out of bed after one test, the Dr only saw me Once, and they completely missed a fracture in my bone. The security guard threatened me with violence at the door. The standard of care is lacking terribly. I want to take my evidence to the Board of Directors.

I’ve been there several times with family and they were very helpful sans professional and thorough. Thank you HB ER!

I wouldn’t bring a rodent here if it needed it. The worst hospital I’ve ever been to, a disgrace to the medical field!

Absolutely horrible service went in with breathing complications and was waiting for 2 hours before I just left, no one asked if I was OK or if I was getting better or worse, the were to worried about eating their olive garden I syead of taking care of patients

I was in for a blister and other foot condition. I had walked 14 mi. And I was in pain. It looked like it was spreading down my entire foot. I was treated professionally, waited like everyone else. Gratefully, no one was in.almost as good as knew. (my foot). Thanks again to the staff at HB hospital.

Service was ok. But they use third party help on some services who will bill you separately on top on the emergency bill. Which might not be approved by your insurance.

Had a glass in my foot due to a broken cup at my house got to hospital er at 11 am waiting until 130pm for them to tell They do not know how much longer i have to wait and that they will bring in patient with more sever issues this is ridiculous i was in sever pain unable to walk and they couldnt take me in, at one point like 4 doctors were with one person sorry to say but you don't need 4 doctors 3 nurses while there are other patients in pain! Never ever coming back to this hospital!

The most corrupt hospital I've ever been to. When a police bring you in after they've beaten you the hospital covers it up and they have a history of it so I wouldn't recommend this hospital.

First of all the 5 star rating is for the staff of the hospital. I was there over the weekend with a problem with my granddaughter. The Dr. ’s, Nurses, admitting personnel, custodial, and even the officers were absolutely the best! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and so very caring! That being said, The hospital it’s self is in dire need of some tender loving care!

Great hospital and great doctors, nurses and staff. I was well taken care of from emergency room to 4th floor patient room. The food they serve are also good. Thank you Huntington Beach Hospital.

Iam literally dying i came from a trip overseas I can't breathe the lady in front very calmly she told me the wait is couple hours, i have now to go to different hospital what a joke is this country becoming.

Bathroom is rancid — multiple people came in after me and still got admitted quicker than i did.it was evident staff didn’t care in the slightest about my situation.

Bad service! Do not go to this Hospital they don’t care! I took my granddaughter she is 3 yrs old and had bad stomach pain and fever. When we got there the lady in the emergency department asked for insurance cards, we provided insurance cards and she went ahead and said “why don’t you go to you primary care doctor” and I was like because she is in pain she is crying and you are the closet ER. She kept telling me well if your Insurance does not cover the visit you will be billed. HELLO I know that just bill me if you need to. I need my granddaughter to be seen. Well she kept giving me an attitude and was just very Rude she saw my granddaughter crying and saying my tummy! My tummy hurts! I felt so bad for and instead of helping us she kept telling me well if your insurance doesn’t covered the visit you will be billed I then said my child is in pain I better go somewhere else this place really disappointed me with the service the greeted me with! 1st and last time!

Best hospital experience thus far. I was in the emergency room and the staff made me feel very safe and taken care of. The nurse even warmed up the blanket for me and they constantly checked on me to see how I was.

Stay away don’t step a foot here go to memorial care instead horrible hospital. Careless nurses and old equipment.
