Dr. Lewis and his entire staff are amazing. They truly care about their patient's well-being. Dr. Lewis spent the time to go over all our questions and we never felt rushed. I can't recommend this pet hospital enough!

My dog has been going here for 4 years and we were trusting them to help him get better. They recommended Thyroid medicine when he was starting to gain weight…it took a little time to get it right, but we finally did and his weight got under control. The most recent order got delayed as the dr decided to change his dosage (without seeing him) which caused our baby to go with no meds for nearly a week and it seems his weight issues are back. Our guy also started having allergies a few years back that we were treating with shots (get charged for a visit and shot every time) and it only works for a short time. They also recommended shampoo that we have been religiously using…still our baby is tearing his fur off. We only get recommendations for more shots and shampoo…so disappointed in this practice. Trying a new vet and hoping for much better care. Not to mention the curbside service

Dr. Lewis and Dr. Nichols are wonderful, compassionate and caring vets. They both take the time to explain everything in detail and we never feel like we’re being rushed when asking questions. Our two pups and cats are well taken of here. The office and tech staff are also outstanding, caring and extremely helpful!

My experience during this last visit was exceptional, thanks to the caring team lead by Dr. Nichols. Their commitment to going above and beyond to address all of our concerns and questions was truly remarkable. They demonstrated a high level of patience and empathy, which made me feel valued as a dog mom. Overall, it was the best visit yet, and I am grateful for their outstanding service.

They worked with me to fit my dog in at the last minute. They even followed up the next day to see how she was doing. I can't thank them enough.

This vet is only about making money and doesn't care about your pet. I brought my 8lb rescue to this vet about a year and a half ago.they did some tests and vacinations which was all good.they also recommended i put him on trifexis to control fleas. Dezi has seizures and i even showed the dr.a video of an episode.after using the trifexis for 4 months it seems to me that he had one the day after an application. So i took the remaining two pills back asking for a refund on these and for some new flea meds. Trifexis can cuase seizures. Well they refused even though it was their recommendation. I was very aggravated at this point not understanding why they wouldn't want to keep a customer that was paying hundreds of dollars on his pet over a $40 refund? I just wanted a 6 month supply of revolution and to be done with them. They refused that as well claiming we should wait and see if he has a reaction first. The dog has been fine on revolution and i tried to buy a 6 months supply from petco. Once again this lovely vet refuses to communicate with the petco pharmacy and allow me to get flea meds for my dog so he doesn't itch. I guess since they don't get the sale, they don't care about the dog's well being. Apparently its their "policy" not to help people in this manner. One more thing, they are on permanent covid19 protocals meaning you have to drive up and call someone to come out and help you while you wait outside. Also super rude and inconvenient. Stay away from this vet.

Great first visit for my 2 pups. Everyone was great, nice to deal with and explained options well. Appreciated the personal touch of the follow up to make sure all was good after vaccinations!
