I was at my appointment right on time. I
Found the door was closed. I called and I found an operator which she held me on line almost 25 min. Then she said they closed. I said ok but I have an appointment and the closing time is 5pm they closed at 4: 10 I asked why, she don't have any answer then she kept me online for the next 15 min. I asked for supervisor and he was worst and rude keep protecting their bad side and keep lying. They should show some respect
to the patientNo body was helping. I waste my time and energy. They don't even recognize their fault they keep lying.

The service was fast and the everyone was friendly.

The service is fast and the staff are nice. Definitely I would recommend this place if you need any of the exams they offer.

I dont know why people are giving them low ratings. I got here a bit early and they ended up letting me go ahead since the person before me was running late. The front desk was polite to me the whole time and the woman that was doing the ultrasound was soft spoken and made this whole process less scary for me. Also normally you need to be referred by your PCP or you will probably need to pay more (that's a US healthcare thing, not just them)

Also when I was referred, 2 locations showed up. Call ahead to make sure you have the right address. The Zoe location closes later than the Saturn location (2 blocks away)

And location is clean and well maintained.

I loved my experience at this Imagining Center! I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours.

I highly recommend visiting on Wednesday mornings. This place offers great air conditioning, professional staff, and short wait times.

Rude ass people was there for 10 min to ask them a simple question about there prices the gave me this nasty look and there like we don't do that here when theres a sign outside saying they do

Very unprofessional, they cancelled my appointment to give to someone else, when I called to verify all I got were lies, when asked for a supervisor they leave you on hold for long time. I will report this incident to corporate doctor's.
