Amazing customer service! I purchased the wrong chapstick and the cashier right away switched it out for me!

On our first day of vacation our toddlers sandals broke so we popped in to grab new ones. In our haste we purchased the wrong size. The team and manager were so nice and friendly and let us exchange sizes even though we had opened/ she wore them for about an hour outside. It was so appreciated and I couldn’t thank them enough. Great service!

I ordered a Seven Seas LT Black 4/3 FZ Vissla from HSS. The sale announcement was emailed at 4: 14 am on 4/15/22. My order order was confirmed at 7: 32 am the same day. At 9: 43 am on the next day, 4/16/22, my order was "cancelled" citing lack of stock. There was no apology, no known effort to backfill the order, and no effort to explain how this mix-up could have happened. So, I asked, "What happened? " It's now 5/7/22 and still no reply. If you want something from HSS, don't count on it. And, don't count on a courteous and professional reply to your inquiry.

Great shop! Visited and found some Reefs sandals for the kids and the coffee stand inside makes a really good blacK Americano. Staff was helpful and the selection is pretty good.

Great store! I got a pair of "trunks" that fit great. My kids enjoyed the store and said it was "cool". A local's store that embodies all things "Beach", I recommend and endorse to anyone who is looking for a taste of Huntington Beach's personality.

Since I was a kid. HSS always had great service. From a dirt lot and shop on 16-17th in HB to front and center on Main st. They have what you need. Pretty solid staff. Snowboards. Surfboards of course.

They got a nice selections of tees and sweatshirts. I have been shopping here quite a while and my entire wardrobe is basically all their stuff.

Holy moly, I've been coming here for a long time now, I have bought so so many Surfboards mostly the used ones but I'm rough with sport, the surf has been good a little north, there's so much to choose from there first of all the place is huge so take your time and browse some, my girlfriend gets all excited when I get her something from here, I'm sure she's thinking of something from there already. You guys have a very cool atmosphere, the staff is awesome and we enjoy shopping there. Thanks again. Merry Christmas Everyone. Enjoy your Holidays.

All of their clothing is good quality. If you are purchasing name brand clothing you are mostly paying for the big logo, which costs more than the product. Anyway this place was cool to walk around and see but definitley too expensive for me.

Connor helped me out a ton by getting me into a wetsuit that fits my size and also at the price point I wanted. He knows his stuff. Also there’s a ton of good looking girls walking around this store at all times so that’s cool. Thumbs up, Connor!
