2 Horrible management. They got rid of the addled, dictatorial woman but replaced her with the grossly egotistical, bullying Roman. I told him I was leaving hospital to get there by 4: 15 PM for important paperwork. I got there at 4: 05 and the creep giddily yelled he was getting off an hour early and refused to do two things that take about 7 minutes. I told him to get it done.he then lied and told my friend I was "unreliable".
Plus, they leave their message box FULL all the time so we can't contact them.
Avenath is the worst management ever. They won't ALLOW a way to complain about these things. Abusive of elderly renters and hellish. Do NOT rent here.
The fat controlling short bully lady that called herself a manager was the most unprofessional lying, thief that anyone could ever employ. I guess she taught Roman how to lie too because he has difficulties with the truth as well. However, praise God! We have new management. Things that I have asked to have fixed for years and was told they weren't broken have all been fixed. Thanks to Jay, our new maintenance guy, things are starting to get fixed correctly.
