Cleanliness is not a priority, not even in the most expensive cabana. Chairs are covered in bird poop. Curtains are zip tied ooen. Meal service is good and the chicken tenders meal isn't bad. Valet opened 30 minutes late. A lot of the tube rides were closed.

Loved it, makes you feel like your really on vacation far away. You must be super early for the cabanas they sell out. You can reserve on line they save half of them for people that show up and the other half gets reserved on line. Good luck with that park gets full FAST.

We decided to go yesterday.while it was over 100°. The walk was long so we tried get beverages but the lines were extremely long that we decided to go in the lazy river to cool off but when we got there (around 1.30pm) we weren't able to rent tubes (although there were some available) because the only place we could rent from decided to close. No problem, we'll just grab something to eat. That was a big deal since we can ONLY order food online. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL. MOST RIDES REQUIRED TUBES BUT WHAT KIND OF PARK DOESNT RENT TUBES BUT REQUIRES TUBES FOR RIDES. OH DID I MENTION RNAT I PAID FOR 2 TICKETS THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK AT THE GATE!? !? !

Guest relations contacts me and after going back abd forth they tell me no refund.as if I stole the tickets! Again. TERRIBLE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY THROUGH! I'm going to post a review EVERYTIME you deny me my funds.no I don't want free tickets to the Soul Plane, Spirit Airlines of amusement parks! Refund me my money please!

We had fun, but there was poor line management, and bad changing rooms, and not enough food options / eating establishments. Strangely, water temperature varied dramatically between pools. Some were not filtered very well with leaves and other things floating around.

Edit: More details were requested, so here's more details:
* Poor line management: Lines filled up the walk ways, so it was hard to ensure a place in line.
* Bad changing rooms: Virtually no privacy or space. Not near lockers.
* Not enough food options / eating establishments: I shouldn't have to wait an hour to get food.
* Water temperature varied: Some cold, some warm.
* Poor filtration: Leaves should be cleaned up. A couple wouldn't be worth noticing, but when there's a ton? Clean it up.

Only has two places for food open. I placed a mobile order and waited in a line for an hour and a half to be told they ran out of food when I was next person in line. They took me to other food place and took me to front of line but they ran out of what we wanted when waiting at window. They gave us choice of what they had left. So at least it we didn't leave hungry.

Not the best water park I have been, small, not a lot of attractions, cost extra 7$ to rent a tube that need to have fun in lazy river

Don't buy a pass from hurricane harbor we were told in az when purchasing we could use our pass in California show up to park and no accommodation.showed up with 10 kids. So lame. Tried calling no customer service line and no one to speak to. Lame. Lost our future business.

Went on 6/27 It was a horrible experience, Place was over crowded, line for food took hours, and we ordered food on APP, wave pool was not working correctly. Lazy river was crowded.do not recommend! We had reservations but seems like they stopped using those

Today was the last day of the 2021 season had a great time. Sadly the park is deteriorating. I strongly suggest water shoes as the walk ways very dirty the drains along paths are very dirty and filled with hair at park opening.
If you need plan on going rent a cabana as they offer waiter service which will save you the stress of waiting in a hours long line for food.
The staff at cabanas today were all great thank you Morgan for your amazing service!

One of the best water park in Los Angeles with awesome thrill rides. We were having so much fun while we were here although the water felt a little cold for me. I think its perfect if you go on hot summer days and it has to be on weekdays as there are less crowd and shorter lines for rides and food.

Good place, clean and awesome spots for kids, BUT the food is another level expensive. Ugly the taste, and texture is horrible

I enjoy water parks, but this one is way over priced for its size and the quality of the food. More shaded areas are needed. Prices for food are way too high. $20 dollars for a burger (meat and lettuce only) and super salty fries, come on! Unfortunately, this practice is common among theme parks and the consumer simply have to live it!

It's dirty, the pools all smell like urine and it takes 3 hours of waiting to go down a 2 sec water slide, don't go unless you want to buy the flash pass, that's the only way you'll ride anything

Great! Only drawback is big lines and not enough free tubes, you have to wait until someone give you after ride. If you don't want to wait, rent one, it's 7$

Half of the water slides shut down. Rusty medal structures. Needs alot of upkeep. Not worth price of admission at this time. Stay clear until they update and repair.

They have low amount of employees. Long lines on food. The water works are not all turn on but still a good place to get a yearly pass to support the park
