I chose Hussey Bros for the installation of our ductless heat pump as they were the diamond contractors recommended by LG. Mike had come in on a short notice, pulled up the system that was most appropriate for my needs, gave me a few options and was available to answer all my questions. Kim and Katrina were always available over the phone to answer any questions. Now for the heros of the day - Jose and Andrew were super professional, arrived on the scheduled day of install. They went out of their way to ensure that the install looks very clean even if it meant taking the harder way of running the lines through the crawlspace (helps keep it cool and avoids the long exterior wall runs). They ensured that all the installs were at water level which few techs do. The install came out to be very very neat - both on the indoor units as well as the outdoor unit. The entire process from the day I reached out to them to the time the unit was installed took under a week and most of that time was taken up for me to decide on which config to go with. I finally installed the WiFi controlled multi zone LG ductless split 24000 BTU with two 12000 BTU indoor units. This was in addition to the already existing central air conditioning. I couldn't have been happier.

Back in November 2020, I paid Hussey Bros nearly $20K for a Mitsubishi split AC system. The quote, the invoice, and all communication says a MXZ-5C42NA2 was installed, but I discovered they actually installed a MXZ-4C36NA2, a unit with a difference in cost of $700 and like 5000 BTU. I reached out to Kyle back in April and he said he will get back to me after investigating, but haven't heard back from him since. I'm just considering my options of my next steps now.

Hussey Bros did a great job in servicing my LG Heater/AC. They responded quickly to my email inquiry and got to my home within 2 days. The technician was friendly, professional, and did exactly what was needed. I am a very satisfied customer.

Our AC broke down last week and I wasn’t sure I’d get someone to fix it right away. Hussey Bros came out the next day! They were able to fix the broken compressor and we had the AC running again in no time. Very professional and friendly service. We’ve been using Hussey for a long time and they always do a fantastic job.

After calling at least 15 AC/Heat Companies.could not find anyone to clean my Mini-Split AC Unit. *Finally-I found "Jose" at Hussey Bros, Inc. *What a Relief it was to find a Tech to Maintain my AC Unit. *Now My Unit is Very Clean & I will be on their Annual Maintenance List. These Units must be Kept Clean.extends their Life. Thanks to Hussey Team Tech.

Can highly recommend the crew. Helped me finish an LG heatpump install and could not be happier.

We went to two other companies to try to figure out why the mini split condenser was making so much noise and would short cycle. The two other contractors just said that it was working appropriately. There’s no way this thing was working appropriately. It took a couple hours and Jose soent a good amount of time on the phone with Fujitsu support and fix the problem. I am forever grateful for them.

Kyle came to provide quote. We’re impressed at how detailed he was.
Patrick and Randy came to install. They’re very nice and very helpful.
