The store manager Vanessa is just awful. She follows you around for no reason and the way she can switch from being accusatory to trying to sell you something is honestly scary. She is very inappropriate and makes the store feel extremely uncomfortable to be in. As long as she works there I will not be going back to this location.

Horrible service from the manager Vanessa, but what can you really expect? I don’t know why she doesn’t like me if I was such a good customer. I shop there every day but she must have a lot of business. Obviously if she doesn’t need mine right I don’t recommend you guys shop there if you guys want to get treated right? If you guys want to get yelled at and basically kicked out in the rain then I recommend going there otherwise I wouldn’t bother

I shop here all the time, and it’s disappointing that the manager there Vanessa the store manager one day treated me very poorly. And all she offered me was a bogus. I think she said 20% discount when I already get 25% discount for leaving reviews so now I’m gonna start leaving nothing but poor reviews. It’s really sad that I had to stop shop in there just because I really want to make my catalog there, but you know what I shop where they treat me well because if I’m gonna be spending money I need is for Vanessa to have a running around back-and-forth when it’s rainy. I contacted HUSTLER directly and it feels like nothing got done so apart from leaving more bad reviews I’m gonna also contact the Better Business Bureau and let them know because I feel like I’m not being heard

This is one of my fav adult store out here in Bakersfield they have a different variety to select from small to big to huge customers service is always helpful so dont be shy and ask there no judgement there and check out is always fast they have good offers and in store pick up if needed check they website as well. Definitely a good and i 100% recommend

Love the staff. So friendly, helpful, down to earth. I went in to get a valentine gift for my best friend. I told them who I'm shopping for and the occasion and they helped me out. I wish there were more plus size fashion or I would have bought her a Tshirt or crop top. I didn't go in the back, I stayed up front in the gift section. Maybe next time.

The store manager's name is Vanessa and I use to work their. The whole experience was not very pleasant at all. She constantly talked bad about her own employees whom she hired. This ranged from Phillip to Raven and from Donna to Trish. It has potential to be a decent job but for the size of the workplace and how few employees it has, their is ALOT of drama. I did not want to be a Parr of Karen's (Vanessa's) drama so I got out and on to something better.

Vanessa loader is so awesome sweet and genuine. Love coming here and getting stuff from her she makes you feel at home.

A good spot. I like the heels there eventhough you cant return them. I like coming here when I am bored and have nothing to do late at night.

Was followed around store by short associate w/ short hair. It gave she though me an my bf were stealing. She was literally peeking behind corners. Hated it.

They always have what we need and if they don't have it they know what to offer, Grown people stuff

3rd time coming after work and there closed early every time. How is a business going to make money when you lock the doors and just sit behind counter looking at customers walk away.

Hustler has stepped it's game up here lately and I'm quite impressed. They have alot more items then they have in the past years and I'm happy to say it's one of few that my fiance enjoys going to. They have everything you need for the most part and off the 99 freeway! Ohh ask for a 24k when at the register you'll thank me later

The people there are awesome and they are very helpful. I have a great time every time I go there and the prices are way better than any other place I’ve been.

I came into the store in Bakersfield, I bought a lingerie didn't fit me. I wasn't told that they don't do exchange or refund. The salesman didn't say anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service and very rude workers. They don't even deserve one star. What a sorry business.

I bought 6 lingerie outfits I paid 354 for everything. Material is not good first use on two sets the strings detached completely broke off the mesh part was so cheap I could see small holes in them. Each set almost 50 to 60 dollars. Not worth it very poor material and ill made.
