Home away from home. We stay here when prices are reasonable when not we stay at Ayres orange every time we visit Disneyland.

Great hotel and location with food attached to the building. Front desk staff are very helpful. Free breakfast is a plus although they need to change it up a bit. My only 2 gripes is poor location of ev chargers and expensive parking. They should be in the guests only underground parking lot not the public access outside cvs where they are iced all the time.

Love this hotel!
Room: very clean and spacious
Service: all of the staff was very friendly! The gentlemen who checked us in was GREAT!
Breakfast: well stocked each morning (Gluten free available: hot eggs, meat, yogurt, fruit)
Location: extremely convenient. We walked everywhere (garden walk shops, convention center, Disneyland). Wallgreens under hotel which we utilized a few times.

I will never stay at this property again. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. We waited over 3 hours for a room to be ready with no amenity access like pool or bar/lounge. We were gaslighted by employees about check-in policy “guaranteed at 4pm” only to be told at 4pm “well, we can check you in at 4pm but still doesn’t guarantee a room is ready. ” what? ! After three hours of waiting that’s what you have to say? They had plenty of rooms to check in other families of the same size and turned away countless families in the same predicament. It wasn’t until after an eyeroll and approval from upper management that I got a room at check-in time. Room did not look as picture and was not an open studio style. Breakfast was cold and undercooked. They do not offer any housekeeping during your stay. Location is convenient from park guest which was the only perk.

We spent a week in a family suite with bunkbeds while visiting Disneyland. We enjoyed our stay here and it was incredibly close to everything. We had no issues with water pressure and the breakfast had a good variety, although it was the same each day (eggs, waffles/pancakes, sausage, various breads, yogurt, cereal, fruit). Our room was a little worn (scuffed furniture, light carpet stains) but kids will do that. There were lots of restaurants nearby that my kids would eat (Oasis Food Hall, Blaze Pizza, Bubba Gump, usual chain restaurants). We took the ART shuttle instead of walking, because it was about a 15 minute walk and it's the first stop on Route 7 when leaving the park! There was also a laundry room but the machines could use a good cleaning. We would probably do the kitchen suite next time to have places to eat while in the room.

2x staying at this location in the past couple months.
Great experience both times.
Clean rooms. Enjoyable breakfast. Convenient location for heading to the parks.
Will continue to stay here when heading back to Anaheim in the future.

Location was perfect. A half block away from the convention center, Disneyland, and Garden walk. There are restaurants and Starbucks located directly under the hotel, and a 24 hr Walgreens basically all on the same property. The amenities were good (fitness center, pool, billiards), front desk service was great, and couldn't complain about the complimentary breakfast. They have apartment-like features including a stove, large fridge, glassware/cookware. The room we chose was a suite so it was separate from the living room/kitchen.

If you get a room on the 4th or 5th floors, facing the Disney side, you should be able to watch the fireworks. Or if you're facing the opposite side, there's a window by the elevators if you want to watch from there.

Being so close to Disneyland, it's definitely a family hotel and you'll hear a lot of kids running down the halls or above your room. But it comes with the area. We had a great stay!

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. We normally stay in Airbnb’s, but this hotel was clean, walkable to the parks, and the family suite had a partitioned room and black-out curtains. Our room was available for check-in before 9am and we were able to park here early. Highly recommend!

If you're interested in Disneyland, this place is perfect for families. It's just a short walk away from downtown Disney and the amusement parks. Breakfast included. Parking is $30 a night, but you may find another spot under the garage for free if it's available. Front desk staff is very friendly. Rooms are a little tight, but my kids loved the bunk beds! Starbucks, Walgreens, CVS are all just across the street or under the building.

Just returned from a fabulous visit. We have stayed at this property a few years ago and were excited to return. These rooms are one of the best appointed suites we have stayed in. Lots of storage (large drawers, shelves etc) to make a stay organized. Front desk staff were helpful and always friendly.
We have seen some wear since our last visit a few years ago - fold out bed was broken down, mattresses on beds starting to show their wear, etc, but all in all WOW.

The team that supports the breakfast area are FABULOUS. Cannot say enough. Tables were cleared and cleaned and they were friendly and helpful. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the park, which makes it super convenient. Can’t wait to return!

The staff is incredibly rude, the rooms were cleaned one time I stayed 4 nights and they make you pay a fee of 50 dollars a night instead of one time fee deposit just seemed dumb to me, very loud noise only pro to this hotel is its close to Disney

Stay here anytime we visit Disney. The hotels proximity the entrance of Disney is a short walk. The great location and kid friendly rooms make it a great option. The rates are always very reasonable.

Great modern hotel near Disneyland Parks. Room was spacious and we appreciated the kitchen space for eating in the room after a long day at the park. The breakfast was wonderful and so spacious to accommodate so many people. Would highly recommend as your place to stay if visiting the parks.

Very impressed! Angel at the front desk was very helpful and took the time to tell me about the available rooms ahead of time. The one bedroom 2-queen suite with sofabed was very spacious. Disneyland is just across the street but if you need your car, you can conveniently access the garage from the elevator. The hot breakfast was excellent; serving scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Best value in the Disneyland area.

Linda Perez in the Kitchen Staff took service to whole new level and accommodated every single one of our religious dietary needs. We were a big family and she went out of her way to help us when the other staff didn't go for the extra effort. Truly high class service, 5 Star service from a regular family hotel! She is the role model for customer service and hospitality which is a dying concept these days! The hotel was great in general but Thank you so much Linda for bringing it to next level!

Great experience. We appreciated the front desk and housekeeping when an incident occurred with malfunctioning coffee maker. They were generous with towel replenishment since we opted no daily room service, and graciously picked up used towels when needed.
We also enjoyed watching the breakfast staff. They were most efficient in keeping the entire area clean. All were smiling and talkative. On our last morning one gentleman was noting guest birthdays and we watched him lead and gather fellow staff in serenading and bringing a cupcake to each birthday guest. Such a special touch. One gentleman that stood out at front desk was Kevin. He was professional, kind and happy. The experience never felt overwhelming and super easy walk to DISNEYLAND. We will chose Hyatt again at our next Disney visit. Thank you.

“Housekeeping policy” is to not clean your room until your 4th night. (As of July 29,2023)

Overall building is reasonably nice, but very dated for a Hyatt.

The positive: 1) short walk to entrance to Disneyland.
The negative: 1) housekeeping never showed up until we asked for clean towels and garbage taken. 2) view from room was a wall 4 ft away and a workman's ladder. At a Hyatt and we made the reservation months ago.
