Hyatt Regency Los Angeles Intl Airp

I was hosted 2 years ago with my family. The realtion betwenn price and comfort was ok. The breakfast is not included but you have a coffee machine on your room. The location is close to the highway so it is not difficult to go anywhere by car, even with LA usual traffic jams. The room is not big, but it's also comfortable.

Superb! My stay here was so peaceful, with a feeling about the air of tranquility. I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency.

Servicio. En mi lugar, puedo decir que no me ofrecieron el mejor servicio en el front desk. Llegué al lugar, me pidieron la información, me entregaron la llave del cuarto y eso fue todo. Tal vez, la persona que me atendió pensó que yo estaba en mi casa y conocia el lugar. No me dijo ni donde era el cuarto, ni en que piso, no me dijo tan siquiera la ruta que me llevaria al cuarto, tampoco hizo mención que por el Covid-19 yo tenia que solicitar el servicio de limpieza al cuarto, por lo que pasé los tres dias con toda la basura de la comida que había comprado esos tres dias y la cama sin hacer (aunque lo de la cama no era problema para mi). Tampoco me dijeron que el hotel NO ofrece el servicio de estacionamiento gratis por ser huesped. Hay que pagar estacionamiento por dia (DE $35 A $40 DOLARES POR DIA). Eso sin contar el alquiler del carro y si sales a conocer el area hay que pagar estacionamiento también.

Por otro lado, que no tiene que ver con el servicio, es que los precios de las bebidas están por encima del precio. Sugerencia? Busque un supermercado y compre agua o snack fuera del hotel.

Ahora bien, el lugar es muy bonito, grande, tiene asientos por todos lados, me gustó la decoracion, tiene TV en el lobby y tienen microwave disponible. Al chef le doy un 200%. Exquisita comida, les recomiendo las papas fritas con carnitas.

Recomendación al hotel: Que el empleado que este en el front desk tenga en mente que no todo huesped conoce el lugar y que los oriente, aunque sea, donde queda el cuarto.

Service. In my place, I can say that they did not offer me the best service at the front desk. I arrived at the place, they asked me for the information, they gave me the key to the room and that was it. Perhaps the person who attended me thought I was at home and knew the place. He did not tell me where the room was, or on which floor, he did not even tell me the route that would take me to the room, nor did he mention that due to Covid-19 I had to request the cleaning service to the room, so I spent the three days with all the garbage of the food that I had bought those three days and the unmade bed (although the bed was not a problem for me). They also didn't tell me that the hotel does NOT offer free parking for being a guest. You have to pay parking per day (FROM $ 35 TO $ 40 DOLLARS PER DAY). Not counting the car rental and if you go out to see the area, you have to pay for parking as well.

On the other hand, which has nothing to do with service, is that the prices of the drinks are above the price. Suggestion? Find a supermarket and buy water or a snack outside the hotel.

Now, the place is very nice, big, it has seats everywhere, I liked the decoration, it has a TV in the lobby and they have a microwave available. I give the chef 200%. Exquisite food, I recommend the fries with carnitas.

Recommendation to the hotel: That the employee who is at the front desk keep in mind that not all guests know the place and guide them, even if it is, where the room is.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The cafe downstairs is something else. Long lines. Only one person working there during peak breakfast times. Everything way overpriced

There is a great music range as well as delicious food. The best of the best hotel for a family vacation. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend and refer your services to everyone.

I had a very wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything they do is world-class! The staff are very welcoming and accommodating.

I was there for a month.
Pros: friendly helpful staff. Housekeepers were great. Free shuttle service, to the airport. Small refrigerator in room.
Parking garage is close.
Cons: no laundry service. Marijuana smell everyday, except for 2 days, of my stay. Coming via the vent, in the hallway, elevator, lobby. No microwave in room.
The guy in the next room was very loud.
I would return.

Shuttle is shared with Quick park. My only concern was how fast and frequent the shuttle comes to pick me up at LAX. To me it was as soon as I called the number on ticket, I saw the shuttle, I think it was circling. Be sure to wait at the red hotel sign.

Customer service is excellent. And everything is 24/7. Sir Nathan McNutt thanks boss! Shuttle is pretty cool if you are running late. It’s pretty close to LAX fly away stops too

Great airport hotel with pool behind lobby. Nice room amenities and modern look. Good food options at deli and restaurant bar as well.

Overrated.very high-tech environment if need multiple charging stations, overpriced coffee.small but functional bathroom and comfortable bed. Great view of the airport runway. Nicevgym with great view. Overall average

Relatively quiet for being so close to the airport. Self parking is simple and right behind the building.

They offered complimentary late check out for us but valet parking is a rip off, $44 per night is way over priced

I love staying here. Directly across the street from the airport-5 minute walk, so you don't need to take a shuttle. Really nice amenities and the food is good. You can walk or Uber/Lyft to Trader Joes, Kohls or TJ Maxx, shopping and food. Most places deliver, so you don't have to leave the hotel if you don't want to.

Very close to the airport. They drop you off on the arrival level, then you go up to ticketing. The decor was really nice. The beds were kinda hard. They have a food place down in the lobby that I heard is open 24 hours. It's a little expensive but not horrible.
