Hyatt Regency Orange County, Garden Grove CA

This is a great location but what made it even better was the overall attentiveness of the staff. From the very start with the valet team, especially James who seemed to thoroughly enjoy his job with his upbeat demeanor, to the front desk and housekeeping staff, everyone seemed to go above and beyond!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and let me say, we were blown away by the cleanliness of the room. We have a toddler so I was nervous about the room not being clean. The room smelled so clean even the shower curtain smelled like it was fresh out of the dryer. Not to mention they offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland which is super convenient for us. We also had a a view of the fireworks from our room. Our stay was truly magical. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location with endless options for dining and entertainment. Family suites are perfect. Professional staff. Clean inside and out. Will always book at this hotel when my family and I are in town.

While I didn't personally stay at this hotel I did have the opportunity to tour it and experience some of the amenities. The rooms were fabulous. The property has so many amenities including sit down dining, conference rooms, Starbucks, two pools, etc. I really love that its a Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotel. If you are wanting to visit Disneyland you will want to consider their shuttle for a fee as the walk would be a bit much but aside from that the location isn't bad. Great for families, business, and couples.

Super convenient shuttle to Disneyland (5 bucks a day). Breakfast is at the lobby restaurant (with fee) but super good! Be warned if you are on 3rd floor you could be right next to tennis courts so there could be some noise (we didn't have any problems during our stay). Super convenient store for random snacks/drinks in lobby. Bellhop are super friendly and helpful!

Currently at the hotel. The hotel and staff are conveniently located to Disneyland, for which we got free shuttle service (thank you to the front desk person!) Our room (south tower) is clean and modern and the property is well maintained and has several food options. I compared 6 hotels and decided on this one based on the rave reviews. If you stay here PLEASE make sure you don’t get a room close to the tennis courts since they open at 6am! Who plays tennis at 6am? We arrived at midnight last night and didn’t go to bed until 2am and are currently laying in bed awake (7am) listening to a group of people screaming RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR WINDOW playing tennis for the past hour. You can hear every single word as if they’re in the room with us! There are also guys standing in the hallway talking, since the gym is on this floor as well. I travel a lot and have stayed in 100+ hotels and have NEVER stayed at a hotel that has paper thin walls like these, especially if it’s located in between a tennis court/gym/pool. Even though the employees and hotel and amenities are amazing, the main purpose of a hotel is to get a good nights sleep, that’s impossible to do. Called the front desk and they said they’ll have security ask the group to quiet down, either security never came or the group doesn’t care as they sound like they’re having a laughing and screaming contest at 6am on a Wednesday morning. (On the attached photo you’ll find our rooms ‘view’ of the tennis court. We planned on going to Disneyland around 10am…guess we’ll have to go tired due to lack of sleep at 8am now. Looking for a different hotel to stay for tomorrow night as there is no way we’ll put up with the noise for another night!

Extremely good service taking care of our family and we very much appreciate the kindness of the staff throughout the experience.

Great location for Disney. Just hope they don't have a conference on whilst you stay there.outside space is great, the pool is a little on the small side and not very deep at all.
