Hyatt Regency San Francisco

Beautiful hotel. Great access to the ferry building and a Bart station and cable car stop right outside made it convenient to get to other places. Rooms were beautiful and housekeeping was timely and excellent.

The hotel is excellent, great location, solid sized rooms, and beautiful atrium. The one star I docked was for the pillow situation - the pillows were all way too thin for side sleepers and they don't have many options. Even the foam one they suggested was as flat as a pancake. My suggestion, have a variety of pillows for all sorts of sleepers.

Expensive but oh so sweet. If you arrive on Bart use the Drum Street exit and you will be within steps of the hotel entrance.

In July of 2023 I stayed there to attend an event in town. The hotel had decorated the revolving entrance doors to reflect the significance of the event. There was an issue with me receiving text notification that my room was ready. I posted a review about this and the hotel refunded the "resort fees. "

Hyatt includes the "resort fees" in their projected cost summary whereas other hotel include it in pages of fine print to which one must agree to book the reservation. At these hotels this "hidden fee" is charged upon arrival and one is left with no choice but to pay it as it is too late to cancel.

I was disappointed that someone could take your things at such a hotel. I had a very good experience with Hyatt in Mumbai and Dubai, but I was distraught with San Francisco. Be careful with your things if you will stay at this hotel.

Great location nearby ferry turminal, Oakland bridge. Regardless of it is not one of the iconic buildings in San Francisco. The design is very delicate, I like the way they use the lights to create decorations. The room just got updated.

The location is very good in downtown.cable car
and restaurants and organic products on the surrounding docks.
There are also many places that sell them. There is a Chinatown nearby, so I recommend walking there.
The basement is $37 per day. Parking is a bit difficult, but there is Market Street nearby, so shopping is convenient.

This is the coolest place we've been to in a while. The room was spectacular. The view is magnificent. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean. The shower had a nice rain shower head. The balcony had a great partial view of the bay. The staff was so nice and friendly. The gym is HUGE and has the newest equipment. I would 100% stay again. The area also feels very safe.

Stayed here 2 nights. LOVED the location. So many transportation options steps from the front door. Room was very clean and spacious. The beds were SUPER comfy. Our only downside to the stay was the shower was hard to control with temperature and the breakfast buffet was pricey so we ended up not doing it. Overall a really great stay and would stay again.

I had a horrible time staying at this hotel!

The room was a little dirty but the ac rattles all night hard to sleep and whoever designed the bathroom is completely inept. I had to rub across the toilet because the door comes all the way out and blocks the shower door getting in and out.

Poor customer service from management particularly Paul! They don’t seem to care about their guests needs

Very nice hotel. Clean and enjoyable. Outside area is clean too. Streetcar stop is right next door too!

Everything is great except that they never came for a turn down service in 5 days, messed up my market place order and had to walk down everyday to get my two bottles of water. For someone with mobility issues, that is a hard requirement just to get your daily dose of water.

I stayed here for a mix of business and pleasure. The strategic location to explore downtown SF, combined with a perfectly sized room with great amenities, made this hotel a perfect accommodation for a short trip to SF!

I just had a drink in the lobby on my last visit, but it's a beautiful building. Anyone in the area should swing by and check it out.

I have always loved this hotel for the past 15+ years. Even for its size and scale, they pay attention to every little detail. And it looks like they recently updated everything.

Best location for SF sightseeing. The air conditioning is a bit noisy. Overall, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.
