6Easy and excellent service Blanca took great care of me! This place is the best my go to for IV’s
I’ve never done the IV hydration before but this place seems very crowded and unsanitary. Got there: 15 minutes early. I waited for 10 minutes (standing the whole: 25min time, as there was nowhere to sit) after my appointment without any word at all from the front desk so I decided just to leave. I’m unsure if it’s all places or just this one. I do have some friends that are positive experience at other places, but I think this one was dealing with some poor scheduling or management because they barely even able to say hello when I walked in the door.
My wife comes all the time for her migraine issues, I come for my work stress issues, and every time we are treated super great
I was recovering from Covid and decided to try a vitamin drip. I feel noticeably less fatigued the next day. The nurses were nice and straightforward. Highly recommended!
Amazing place, quite and cool.
Amazing staff, I really recommend it for people feeling fatigue, having cold and flu symptoms (and for prevention), hangovers, migraines/headaches, stress and anxiety and last but not least detoxing.
Thank you for the great service.
Horrific is the best way I can describe my experience. My wife has been bothered by asthma every winter since we moved to Los Angeles and this year we decided to take precautions, one day we drove by this place and did some research and decided to give it a try. (She had IV injections during two pregnancies) When checking in, my wife told the staff she has pre existing asthma and wanted to have the suitable plan for boosting immunity and the staff recommended the 45-60 mins 220 dollar one. First 20 mins was fine even tho the speed was considerably fast (the bag was nearly empty), then the staff brought an injection, injected without telling my wife what it is, only claiming it’s part of the plan, about 20 seconds in, all of sudden my wife started coughing nonstop and she was struggling breathing. The staff panicked and caller the supervisor then brought in some inhaler, my wife took the inhaler but was still coughing then, the staff told my wife she has to leave or call 911 because they are closing, r u kidding me! Mind blowing how they disrespect health of the customer! So my wife called 911,30 mins after asthma attack…later on that night I did research and turned out the last injection was Glutathione and it has serious side effect of triggering asthma next day i got a call from the manager and founder, claiming they are sorry about the experience but they believe my wife only had a mild reaction, not asthma attack, I questioned them why didn’t my wife informed before the last injection that’s something might trigger the asthma, they told me my wife is one out of 1000 people that’s “lucky” to have reaction. (Mind blowing)
The fact they have inhalers in stock meaning they know the potential risk of injection and still, they won’t tell you what it is until something came up, my wife has the right to know what it is but they failed to deliver and causing serious health issue, went to see asthma specialist next day and she’s on prescribed medications, I’ve filed the complaint to the board of osteopathic California, (they aren’t medical doctors according to the license of the founder)
It’s holiday season and if you treasure your life, don’t risk it with place like this
