Went to hella nuserys and couldn't find organic bug sprays or organic fertilizers that I liked for the prices given. When we showed up here there was some one to help right away. Helped us every step of the way and had suggestions for every question we had. Even gifted us samples of other products we talked about but didnt get so we could try it out. I think the employee's name was Michael. I would highly recommend this place weather you grow big or you grow family veggies in your own back yard. 5 's

It was super busy but we're helped right away and they even loaded the 15 bags of soil into my car and offered us beverages as well and rhe staff was extremely knowledgeable

Very rude and impatient, more like night club bouncers rather than store workers! I went there looking for some nutrients and a little info and as soon as I walked in it was clear I was in the wrong place. Never again, 1st and last time, never seen such horrible service in my entire life! Go to indoor sun hydro, the customer service is 10 times better and they are right up the street!

The guys are very helpful and they know their stuff. There is a great selection of all types of products and brands. I always leave feeling like I got a good deal from some good people.

Very disappointed with customer service, honesty and loyalty. I have been a customer for over 4 years now and I went into their store asking for advice on how I can get my plants big, they told me to mix 16-16-16 and 30-10-10 together, 5ml up to 10 ml. I did that and the first week was ok, second week my plants started dying. They never gave me any warning to not mix it together. I went back, one associate said to stop using it, and the same guy who gave the first recommendation came out and said no don't listen to him and that I fed too much water. They began to start selling other products to help revive the plant. I have ask to speak to the boss and even he said the same thing. I ask for a discount due to the information provided initially was incorrect, they declined it!

I will not recommend going to this store. If you do, don't ask questions, because they are shady. I will no longer go to this store, they have lost a loyal customer!

Love this place, great deals, and much less expensive than other gardening centers! Staff is extremely efficient, very attentive to each customers needs, and they will load your vehicle for you as well! Thank you for being you!

Horrible customer service. Staff sucks. Follows you around like the Korean lady in menace to society. Prices inflated and they act like letting you slide a quarter will close their doors. Will not shop with them again ever.
