Efficient. Uber lyft was quick to get me home and back. Thanks Toyota. Paola was very nice and gave me good info. Also its.close to my apartment which is good. Give Paola a raise. She's a good employee.

To whoever it may concern, I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received the other day. Salesman seemed unambitious and gave the impression of not caring if I walked out with a car or not. It felt unwelcoming and will not be returning. Taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased a new Toyota Highlander Platinum Hybrid at I10 Toyota. The sales team made my purchase a very pleasant and professional experience, and they tried hard to give me a good deal, that I was happy to agree with.

I bought my Ford Taurus SHO at gosh in Hemet. I was going to sell it over there and pick up a Corolla there. However, I-10 Toyota responded quicker as I still have not heard back from gosh. I bought a Corolla out of necessity so it's not like I tried to bargain with them. The price was reasonably low because of some things I did to the car. I did have a good experience with them. I wish they had snacks or something around because I was super hungry!

Edit: I didn't put his name in here, but chema was great and although he was busy he made sure that everything was explained to me.

I urgently needed to service my Sienna for a business trip the next day and I 10Toyota took me in with open arms without an appointment when Toyota of the desert told me to go away for the second time in a row. Truly the best!

I had an awesome experience at I-10 Toyota very friendly staff. Abel barajas you are awesome! He helped me choose the perfect car I was looking for. The finance department Ramiro you are awesome as well. Overall great experience hands down.

Came into Toyota last minute holding on by a prayer. JC Casillas was amazing and helped us extremely fast and with above and beyond customer service. If you're thinking of buying you should definitely walk in and ask for him!

Very slow service! Last time it took over two hours the time before that three hours. Only make an appointment if you have plenty of hours to spare! When I spoke with the manager about the issue the explanation was unsatisfactory and did it seem to make much sense. I’ve gone to other Toyota dealerships have been in and out in less than 30 minutes. The mechanics are good but pay way too much and takes way too long!

First time there, for my first experience is was okay the service advisor didnt help much I barely asked questions. I spoke to the guy on the one once & he explained to me what my care might need & so did I explain to him what I only want to do to my car was only 2 services.but once I arrived to my appt he stated I needed other services which I didnt want. He told me I needed a tired rotation but I never said yes or aggred to do one I was just like ok fine! My cars tired are brand new & i already had done a tire rotation, He could of asked me instead If I wanted one done not just say oh were going to need your tires rotation Plus I told him I was on a budget too! I only had enough for 2 services done to my car, & I didnt really like how he never asked me if I had any questions or anything I was already asking him a lil bit but has other worries in my mind bout my car! I wish my experience was just a lil bit better tbh! I would rate it 7.5-8.0

Waited over a week for an appointment then still took 2 hours to have a routine oil change done. On top of that got charged $10 more than I normally pay. I always take my car here, may need to find a new place.

My car was under-maintained during the pandemic. Art Ramirez helped me see what my car needed in a courteous and professional way. The car wash was also sorely needed. Left there with a smile on my face.a safe and maintained car is as important as staying safe from this virus.

Angela Gragg in the sales department always goes above and beyond to make my car leasing experience smooth and enjoyable. She is hands down the best! As long as she’s around, I will always lease my cars from Toyota. Give her a call. You won’t regret it!

I took my car into I-10 Toyota due to my battery being replaced which caused the backup camera to lose it's memory. This caused an "! " to the top left of the screen. Also, the steering wheel lines did not display. I had to pay $160.00 just to have it re-configured and they said my "Premium Warranty" did not cover this! I can't believe replacing the battery causes this with no way for the customer to do on their own. This is a total rip off.

Been servicing my car here for a while, there has been times where their customer service wasn’t as great but when it’s understandable considering that their busy mostly every time I go there. Would love to work with rigo more, very straight to the point, no hassle working with him, I hope I can work with him more in the future.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Toyota Prius at Indio Toyota with Anthony as our salesman. He was friendly and has a caring, honest vibe. He showed us how to operate the car since we have never owned a hybrid car. He was patient and answered all our questions and concerns. We are so happy with our new car purchase and the dealership we purchased from! We bought the car on a busy Saturday. We were there 4 hours, only because the finance guy was so busy that we had to wait until our turn. Go there if you want a positive experience. The dealership is the nicest one I have been to and everyone was super friendly.

We have been purchasing vehicles from i10-Toyota since 2007! Having purchased 5 cars with them already I can guarantee you that we will continue to purchase with them in the future. The entire staff at i10-Toyota has been great to work with. Our favorite Sales Consultant is Angela Gragg! She has worked very hard over the years to make sure that we get the exact vehicle we are looking, for the best price! I don’t like to haggle when shopping for cars. I know what I want and I know what I want to pay for it. Angela gets right to the point! No circling around for hours to work out a deal. And for that… she’s got us as repeat customers for the remainder of her working years!
